Here's my story

Finally, I still did a 2 hours walks with my dog this morning and this evening, but everytime I left her alone, she cries, she's not ready yet to be alone, 2 - 3 days will be necessary

94 kg ( 207 lbs ) flat today

I had one of the worst night ever, she cried all the night, I couldn't sleep... This day will be hell.

94.3 kg (207 lbs)

I think I'm not paying attention enough recently, the result is here... stagnation and I even gain weight, time to focus again.

Beers are high in calories.
When I start my plan I will allow myself one glass of wine or baileys on a Friday night but that's it.

I'm a big big fan of baileys, it tastes deli-fucking-cious. But yea, 1 beer can go up to 70 calories, so if I drink 3....^^

Baileys is just a dream, it would be my favorite drink.
I think a glass of wine has about 50 calories? I'm not a beer drinker myself.

I'm actually craving alcohol badly and I'm not a huge drinker in general, but I think that's just because I've forbidden myself to drink it while pregnant.
Some woman have the occasional glass of wine which is ok I hear but I just don't want to. I'm craving everything I can't have, I miss jambon cru, salami,
.... Here I go again ranting away :-/

Can't eat things like that as it can cause taxmoplamos which isn't harmful to adults but can be dangerous for a fetus if the mother gets it.
Getting cheese in France is a nightmare also because I have to read the packets. I can't eat cheese that is not pasteurized. In nz all cheese is pasteurized. Soft cheeses in general are a no no.
It means all veggies and fruit also have to washed super well.

It's when I read things like this that I'm happy to not be a woman. :p I would've never knew for taxmoplamos :p
France is the best country for cheese, with the most tasteful cheese!! But yea It's not always pasteurized.

I love : Camembert ( who doesn't ) / Caprice des dieux / Comté ( but with moderation otherwise if you eat too much comté it gets disgusting in my opinion ) / Roquefort ( ofc ) / St-Agur / Fourmes D'ambert / Gruyère / Maroilles / Mimolette vieille and so many more, France is just the perfect country for cheese diversity.

You are super lucky not to be a woman lol,

I love a lot of those cheeses also but can't stand really smelly ones like Roquefort, and the only soft cheeses I like are the ones like Philadelphia. my new favorite is cantal, monoprix is not pasteurized but the franprix one is :D

Hello! First off, it's awesome you're heading on the right path to lose weight-exercising & eating healthy! Not many people who want to lose weight can stick to a regimen, which sounds like what you're already doing daily. That's the key-doing workouts and eating right every single day. Staying on task is what made me lose 50 pounds at 14 years old-I changed my whole life! Once you get away from it, the pounds will come back-I've seen people try to lose weight & not succeed just from not staying on task. I even wrote a book to help combat obesity & share what I did to transform my life during my junior year of high school-"The Real Perfect 10." I would love to help you out or answer any questions you may have-but definitely keep up the hard work-walking is a great exercise and is easy on your joints! Good luck! :)

Just read back in your diary a little ways--Was shocked to see that you drowned your dogs puppies. Maybe having her fixed would have prevented the unwanted litter and not resulted in killing puppies that you allowed into the world. Very sad.

Having her fixed could possibly make her life more difficult, obesity, heart problems, and such things, what I should've done rather is taking more time to be sure she's not going wild with another dog, but that is hard to do as I'm not her husband and I'm not leaving with her absolutely 24 7.

By the way, there's no reason to be shocked, this is a method that has been used for ages and that is still gonna be used.
