Here's my story

My walk was great, I've made a lot of slope (like 6 totals slope, some with jogging) I hope I've burnt a lot of calories. :p
 
I've eaten 200 cal of pasta with 10 g of grated cheese ( 345 cal / 100 g )

it should make it up, even tho I have no idea of what's my cal deficit usually.

If anyone sees something that breaks the rules like that - the best thing to do is alert the mods. In every posting there is a little triangle with a "!" in the grey line at the bottom of the post. If you click on that - an email is sent to all the mods so that we know to go in and keep the forum clean.

This morning I'm at : 104 kg / 229 lbs, 100 gram more than yersteday morning, but I didn't go to the WC yet since last day morning ( except for peeing obviously ) so I guess it doesn't help.

Your doing great with your walking, keep up the effort !

It's one of these day, I'm gonna make a very long walk to see a castle, a wonderful castle, maybe I can take pictures, it's like 3 hours 30 to 4 hours of walks.
 
Great job so far. Benny. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. I'll have to get me a villa up there once I become a billionaire. :D

I've lost about 60 kilos and I still have no idea how to deal with my mom wanting to feed me to death every time I visit. I just try to do the best I can and make sure I get back on track after I leave. It really is a marathon and not a sprint. Doing what you should be doing _most_ of the time gets you where you need to be eventually.

Good luck dropping those last 6 kilos! And yes your English is fine. I just came back from Chicago and your English is much better than the stuff I heard there. :D
 
I just weighted myself, this morning I'm at 102,9 kg ( 226 or 227 lbs I think )

Thanks a lot Mr Vee for passing by and for the support, I feel like most of the mothers think if we don't eat like a lion, we're gonna starve to death, I have to fight that everyday :smash: but it's fine, in the end it can only make me stronger and resolute, today it's dad's day, she's gonna make a tiramitsu, I'm gonna have to take care of what I eat even more.

I've just uploaded a video of the picture I took yersteday when I went on the 2 hours & 30 minutes path, you can see in it a beautiful french castle, you can see my dog gnawing some deer bones he found in the forest, etc.

I just told her I would eat one later and that I had a bellyful and that I would eat a piece of tiramitsu later, I didn't think it would be that easy.

And it's not really a lie, it's so hot here that I already drank 1 liter 5 of water since I came back from my morning walk.
 
So I was pretty bored and decided to watch some TV show, so I jumped on my stepper and did 1 hour of stepper.

What the machine says :

60:00 hour/minute
3780 steps
485 calories lost

Dunno if these kind of machine are really accurate.
 
I'm at 101.9 kg (224 lbs) this morning.

I feel like I'm losing a little too fast maybe? Since I created this thread (10 days ago) I lost 5.1 kg or maybe it's fine, I don't feel sick or anything.

This morning, I realized I was for a 1 week or more doing 2 hours morning & evening instead of the usual 1:30, I also started to jogg a little, something I absolutely could've never done 1 week ago, I did 5 minutes of jogging ( it was really not possible before, it was just killing me )
Fact that everything is in slope where I live makes it really difficult to me to calculate the amount of calories I'm burning and the amount I need, which is boring, I was a little down this morning, my moral was really low, I'm better I think now.

PS: I'd like to ask to those who are experienced, can I drink some cafe au lait after eating the lunch? ( I don't drink coffee everyday tho ) But I like some milk in my coffee when I drink.

Well, 102.1 kg (225 lbs ) this morning, going up even tho I'm paying even more attention to what I eat and I even increased my exercice intensity. Weird.
 
Ah good, I was afraid that I had entered a processus of stagnation, but this morning I'm at 101.2 kg ( 223 lbs )
Getting closer to my first goal.

How are you guys doing today? :p
