Hey!
I have only just joined weight loss forum and yours was the first post i read and i just wanted to say how motivating it is reading your struggles and triumphs.
I have put on about 15 kgs (I think thats 33 pounds - sorry I'm Australian) in the past 9 months and have struggled with the emotions of it all.
Thank you for your real life updates and for helping me realise that there are going to be ups and downs and not to give up.
I look forward to your future updates.

Hope your Monday was good too!
to Tuesday!
Thanks for checking out my journal. It's nice to hear that I can be motivating to someone, for there have been so many who have motivated me on here!
so I grabbed a banana on the way out the door. Walked the big one to school, then the little one to school and then I thought I would try this jogging home thing again. OMG... you guys want a good laugh for the day???
At this point I was just done. I walked home at a good pace, grabbed my gym bag and away I went, completely forgetting to eat. Needless to say my energy wasn't up to where I would have liked. I did well on the treadmill - first 10min I did 2min walk, 1min run. second 10min I did 1min walk, 2 min run, then walked at the highest incline for 5min, then 2min walk, 1min run, finished with 1min walk: then 15 min on the stepper thingy, weight circuit, abs and home. Oh first I wacked my head into the mirror picking up my water bottle... then home

, but OMG it's tough. A month ago I would have been at MD's so fast... at 9pm
I have to be careful though. I don't think I'm actually eating enough. I've been writing down everything I eat, but not the cals. I was going through it all last night and yesterday for example I don't think I hit 1000 cals... and i worked off almost 800 at the gym. I'm trying so hard to be "good", but I can't starve myself in the process!!!
I was doing so good but my hunnie wouldn't stop talking about what he was going to snack on and finally brought down PB & jam toast and I had to have some - my willpower went through the roof as soon as I smelled the warm PB. I did good with everything else though so I'm not letting it get me down.
