Hey guys!! Sorry for taking so long to update... life has been busy!! It's also been really good too though.
Running clinic started last week and I am so happy I'm doing this. I've already met some great people and it's really pushing me to the next level. Running outside is freakin HARD!!! I'm in the experienced group right now, but may have to drop down a level. I was going to start in the middle, but was talked out of it

We run 2x/wk and then there is a bonus run on the weekends which you do on your own. I did the bonus run yesterday on the treadmill and it was so easy... today I did it just around my neighborhood and struggled. I really am loving it though!!
The cleanse went really well. I was really tired in the beginning and got a bit of a cold at the end. My body did some really weird stuff which I am not used to, so I'm really curious to see how things go over the next couple of weeks. I trying to stick closely to the diet for a while as well (no dairy, wheat, sugar). The wheat is really hard and I'm wondering if I'm not a little hypoglycemic.
My weight has been consistantly under 130 for almost a month now and I'm really happy with my body image these days. I got down to 123 on the cleanse which is too low for me, so I've got it back between 125-127lbs where I'm happy.
I have thought about starting a new journal, but my journey now has really shifted away from weight loss and onto nutrition/overall health.
