Hey guys! Not too much to report back to you all the last few days. Been just trying to be good about my eating and what not. Its been super tough while at work AND home lately.... made soooo much good food for my hunnies bday party... so all those left overs.... and then at work everyone seems to be bringing stuff in. For his bday i made Pumpkin dip ( 2 bars of cream cheese, 2 cups confec. sugar, 1 can of pumpkin), tandy cakes ( bag of choc chips, 3/4 cup PB, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour) chicken corn soup, funfetti cup cakes, meatball subs. Then we have like 3 bags of chips and just crap everywhere at work. Someone brought in a bag of mini choc bars..... we have M&M's out the rear end.... UGHGHGHGGHH!!!! and chips and choc are my downfalls.... big time. Anyways.... did pretty well so far... had one small slip up last week... but the last two days ive done pretty well! Here is my food intake yesterday:
Breakfast: Large cup of coffee w/ cream and splenda, 1 pkt apple cinn oatmeal ( 130 cal)
snack- 1/2 tandy cake, 1 gingersnap w/ pumpkin dip
Lunch: 6 inch turkey sub from subway (280), light lays chips (70 cal), fuse green tea with ginseng and honey
snack- vanilla waffers (5) w/;; pumpkin dip
Dinner: whole wheat pasta w/ tomato sauce and 5 small meatballs, coke zero
snack- 5 plain lays chips
a few snackies along the way but nothing horendous. I worked a little late yesterday so i did not actually run or do too much with my workouts. I did hit the gym for about 30 minutes though and i actually did some weight assisted pull ups and dips. I also worked my chest with the chest press and i was actually did leg extensions and curls. That was my work out yesterday though... nothing too crazy.
Been a little mopey lately... maybe its mood swings... i am a girl after all.

time to snap out of it though... ugh. my poor poor boyfriend. Had him up late last night just nitpicking at him about nothing... it was kind of mean of me. I apologized.... he is very forgiving... i just hate when i get like that. Thank you mother for that mean streak you have passed on to me lol!
anyways, scale said 125.2 yesterday so i am staying below that 126-128 range i couldnt seem to stay under... this is good news.
