alrighty so a run down of my day before i hit the hay... hehe ya ya i know... im retarded.
anyways food intake:
Breakfast:
1 egg w/ shredded cheese
english muffin dry
1.5 whole wheat pancakes.... 1 tsp butter
2 cups of coffee
Lunch:
1/2 italian sub
diet coke
snack 4 gummy worms ( sour)
Dinner:
1/2 cup of chili ( i tried to pick all the beans out and eat them)
Salad ( grilled portabella, walnuts, crasins, 1/2 machintosh apple, bleu cheese) NO DRESSING
1/3 light beer..... wasnt into it. Im done ordering beer i would say.
Exercise: 2 mile run. BROKE MY RECORD AGAIN!!!!

my previous best time was 16:33 for 2 miles.... well today i beat that and my new 2 mile time is 16:21!!!!
that is very exciting for me!!!
Today was arm day so i worked those and also did 2 sets of 6 inches... held each time for a minute staright, and i did some crazy eights crunches.
Yesterday was my cybex day and leg day.... my legs and butt are mega sore today so that was a great work out as well!!!
Tomorrow i am looking forward to getting a real tough work out in to finish up the weekend!!!
