Hey guys how are you! I just wanted to stop by and say hello and see how everyone is doing!
Last night I had an incredibly tough workout. I met up with two guys who go to my gym and they were working legs last night… oh my goodness am I SORE today. I was pushed pretty hard through the workout they do. Obviously my body was use to working legs on the machines… and I worked muscles last night that I didn’t even know existed!! Hehe. Some of the things we did were Squats (not sure the weight), Lunges with two 10 lb weights…..40 of them, leg extension (45lbs), leg curls (60lbs), calf rasises (150 lbs), box hops/jumps, regular unweighted calf raises, and stepping. I couldn’t even get my cardio in my legs were so jelloy and tired!!! It’s a good feeling though!
People at work are probably thinking I took one up the ass last night because I am waddling around the office because im sore!!!! Hahahaha. Ew.
Anyways, some good news to share!!!! I hit 125 last night!!!!

I am very very happy to say ive finally met my original goal!!! ? ON TO THE NEXT!! 120 is my next goal and I know its gonna be a tough road… but im totally pumped!!!!!! And now that I have some people to push me with weights… im gonna be stepping up the toning process!

Tonight is chest and back I think… im pretty excited.
Also, just wanted to share this small tidbit with everyone. I called my doctors office to ask them out of curiosity what I weighed the first time they saw me. That was February 2005. That was actually a month after I met my boyfriend. The girl pulled my chart and here is what she told me
Febraury 2005- 133.8
Febrauary 2009- 151.8
SOOOO, ladies and gentlemen I weight less today then I did when I met my boyfriend AND when I graduated highschool. Im pretty psyched
Anyways food for yesterday
Breakfast:
cheerios w/ fresh strawberries
coffee w. cream and splenda
Lunch:
1 chicken Kabob
1 cup of Broccoli
2 cups of watermelon
Snack3:00- Fresh Peach, unsalted almonds
Snack 4:00- 2 graham crackers, 1 coffee w/ cream and splenda, 1 crystal light
Dinner: chicken sandwich ( only ate bottom bun) w/ cheddar cheese slice, onion straws, little chipotle mayo.
Garlic parm fries
( that was my 125 celebration HEHEHEHE)
