Today was a monumental day for me.... i was welcomed into the 120's club!!!!!! :) whoooooo:party::party::party::party:


i am so excited!!!! 9 lbs to go!!!!!


I also bought a pair of size 2 jeans today!!!!!!! and they FITTT!!!! :) :party:

Hey guys how is everyone! Woke up this morning feeling great. My butt bone is hurting pretty badly today… but you will have this when sitting on an uncomfortable bike seat! Haha. This morning I slept in rather than go to the gym, so I was up around 7:00 and got ready for work taking my time the whole way through hehe. Got to work this morning and the stress kicked in…. boy am I going to need my work out this evening! That’s for sure…. Just NONSTOP stress and bitching and complaining. I mean for goodness sake Mondays are bad enough without all the drama drama!! Haha


So food intake for today

Breakfast
1.5 cups of coffee w/ creamer&half and half and splenda
8oz calcium enriched orange juice
Cheerios w/ skim milk

Lunch
Chicken w/ mushrooms w/ pasta and sauce

Let me just say the chicken was very very yummy!!

Dinner
Roast beef and cooked carrots


snack- skinny vanilla latte and low fat granola bar.

Congaratulations on 1.) your weight loss and being in the 120's, 2.) a kick ass 18 mile ride, 3.) being as friggin hawt as you are!

BTW, have the bf give you a booty rub... :smilielol5:

:hurray: on reaching 129! That is an awesome accomplishment. In my opinion you should be zoned in on 125 right now, not 120. The last 9 are going to be hard so break it down if you have to. You can't let a weight gain mess with your mind. Don't stop doing what you are doing and you will reach 125. Then, if you want to lose more, I know you have it in you to reach 120 also. I'm not even sure you need to lose any more weight right now but if you want to go for that ultra fit and lean look, go for it girl!

You friend is cute and looks great but I personally think your skin looks healthier and you look like little miss fitness. If I were single, I would hit on either one of you but I'd start with you. ;) LOL

And yes, bikes are hard on the butt! LOL

well, i can understand where you are coming from with that... but i think i am going to still stick to my 120 goal.... im cruising along here the last few days... I just really feel id be selling myself short to settle for 125. There is still a good bit of flab on my thighs i need to lose... im gonna keep kicking butt and hope my body decides to lose it there!!! :)

it does kind of make me laugh that people keep on telling me my friend is cute but i am cuter... blah blah. I didnt say i was mad because she is cute and i dont think i am.... i was just annoyed that she didnt have to work to lose weight... she just got aderaol and called it a day!!! while im busting my butt at the gym haha.

I was always blessed with great skin... i thank God for that... never got acne... never had major breakouts.... my skin has been good to me... i try to be good to it in return

Im so close i can SMELL IT

Hello all.
Today was sort of an odd day.... went in to work normal time... but left at 10:30 to go to a funeral ( yes another one) and then decided id take PTO and just do my own thing the rest of the day. Already was going to mess up the flow of the day... might as well do what i want for the day. So i left the funeral and went to the gym.... i was very much looking forward to working off my frustrations.... work has been getting me down lately. Anyways, I did 30 minutes on the cybex machine and burned 358 calories. Then i jumped on the treadmill and did a mile and was done with cardio... i was POURING sweat though... it was a good run. I think did the circuts and crunches... it was a great workout.. i feel very good.


I also wanted to let everyone know ive lost 2 more lbs. I am now at 127. That is very exciting to me!!! I am making progress... the best part about all of this.... RED LOBSTER DATE IN 2 MORE LBS!!!!! hehehehe.

Foods for the day

Here is what i ate today. My snack that i had just a few minutes ago was superb!!!! :)



Coffee w/ cream and splenda
Breakfast (11:00am)
6oz of fresh strawberries
low fat string cheese

Lunch 3:00pm
turkey burger on flat roll w/ miracle whip and musturd
1/4 cup potato salad

Dinner 6:00pm
Rice chex w/ 2% milk


snack 7:48pm
2 whole wheat waffles (149 cal) w/ fat free cool whip, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
 
Just wanted to let you know that your last few pages have inspired me to start busting my ass again at the gym and really being more strict with my diet. I am pretty sure the last week I have been in caloric deficit again. I can feel it for sure but I had the motivation I needed to get through the first week of uncomfortableness thanks to you. I have already lost 3.5 lbs in the last week.

special K w/ skim milk

Lunch
chopped salad w/ chicken, sun dried tomatos, feta cheese, no dressing

snack (3pm)- handful of unsalted mixed nuts

snack (5pm)- 110 cal pretzals

snack (7pm)- 140 cal nutrigrain bar, coffee w/ sugar free creamer and splenda

Dinner
2 whole grain waffles (140 cal)
4 tbl spoons fat free cool whip (80 cal)
1/2 cup mixed berries (35 cal)

1/2 glass 2% milk..... but dog drank most of it when i went to put my dishes in the sink... asshole!
