Today was a great day. This morning we got up and went to breakfast with two of our friends, and then we set out on a nice LOOOOOOONG bike ride. We went a trail that goes through the city of harrisburg and it was quite the ride. There were some scenic parts, so HUGE HILLS, so downhill coasting, went through so ghettos, saw some strange people, etc. We ended up doing a total of 18 miles which to me is incredible that i am here and living to tell about it!!! My butt is soooo sore right now its not even funny! poor bf is having a hell of a time sitting down himself!!

It was beautiful weather and a wonderful day to get outside, exercise, shake the routine up a bit, and enjoy the gorgeous day and sunshine!!!
( pretty sure ill be regretting it tomorrow morning!)

1 english muffin w/ 1 pkg strawberry jelly
2 strips of bacon
1 scrambled egg w/cream cheese
coffee w/ cream and splenda
Lunch
Rode through lunch time. Also ate breakfast around 11:00am so no lunch today
snack ( MID TRAIL)
strawberry lemondate powerade
strawberry nutrigrain bar ( 130 cal)
Dinner
1 turkey burger w/out bun. tiny bit of ketchup and miracle whip to dip it in
3 asparagus spears
grilled cabbage w/ small bit of margarine (OMG YUMMMM)
1/4 redskin potato salad ( no sugar added)
snack- bear foot ice cream w/ milk and chocolate syrup
OMMMMMMMMG good!!! ( bad bad treat... but hey i rode 18 miles so i felt it was deserved!!! hehee.)
Decided to close the weekend out with a treat. Tomorrow its back to the grind and back to the rigid eating schedule. Im excited to see what the week holds for me weightloss wise!!!

Will be working out tomorrow evening rather than morning due to the tough riding today... need the extra sleep!!!
