Well well well. Let me just tell you that I had a ridiculous meltdown last evening. Somehow in 1 day I GAINED two pounds. SO I guess I jinxed myself by saying I wanted to lose 2 lbs this week….. and instead I gained two.

Anyways, all is good… I actually was down those two lbs by this morning. It was just frustrating because you work so hard to get in shape and lose weight… and then two mystery pounds show up like nothing!!! Anyways, I think because of the pizza Sunday, being so salty, I was retaining water. Its all good though!

Last night, I went to the gym and did a half hour on the treadmill and then did a heavey night of lifting and crunches. Felt awesome!!! I think my anger from the 2 lb gain motivated me to work harder than normal.

This morning I got to the gym around 4:45. I biked 8 miles and ran 2.5 miles. It was a nice cardio workout. I also did the circuit and worked on my calves a good bit! It felt nice to get some frustrations out in my cardio. Grandma passed away yesterday… so its been a rough last 3 months…. Felt nice to just run it out.

Food yesterday:

English muffin with egg,1 slice of cheese, and a piece of Canadian bacon
Lg coffee w/ cream and splenda

PM
Salad( grilled Portabella mushroom, bleu cheese, crasins, sliced apple, walnuts) No dressing

Snack- ½ cup of dry cheerios, lite applesauce

Eve
Cup of Chili
Side salad no dressing

Thanks Dear. Was my great grandmother... and while we were not super close... she was my PapPap's momma... and being that i was very close to him... and just lost him two months ago :(

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. My mom is having a rough time with it ... after all within two months she lost her uncle, father , and grandmother :angelsad2:
 
Hello all… been a bit dead here lately haha.:rant:

Last night I went to the Hershey Bears AHL calder cup finals game. It was a really good time…… MINUS the fact that they lost miserably due to them not playing well at all! Was still a good time though!

Here is my food intake yesterday… kind of a crummy day for eating though…. Ill get that out there right now because its not good. ( well … REALLY… dinner just was really unhealthy!!!)

Good day yesterday. Was my day off from the gym so I relaxed with the hunnie and just enjoyed the day. Ate decent overall yesterday.

Tonight I am back to the gym. I am prolly not going to even weigh myself… I feel like im getting my period again… feel bloated and yucky…. Not sure I even want to see if I weigh more!!!!
Last night I wanted to just throw on jeans and a tank top and be comfy. I have some jeans that I used to have to squeeze into.. they have big holes in them and once broken in were pretty darn comfy. Put them on last night… planning for loose pants to lounge in. THEY DIDN’T EVEN STAY UP!!!! It was an amazing moment for me… these are jeans I had to pretty much jump off my dresser to get into before… and now I just feel so accomplished with them being loose like that!

Here is a small thing that has me a bit depressed lately. So that friend of mine who I talked about who got on adderal to lose weight… doesn’t eat much etc….. went to a hockey game with her on Tuesday. Had a lady take a pic of us together. Seriously…. I felt really depressed when I went back and looked at it…. She looks so tiny… and I look like a beluga whale next to her :dupe:it was a huge bummer. Makes me so sad… and angry at the same time. I work my ASS OFF…… and she does nothing. I know I know.. .here I am again bitching and sounding childish… just a little discouraging. I attached the picture…… man I wish I could take a pill and magically be skinny… but I just cant bring myself to do that crap.

Anways… life goes on I suppose

I understand and know how you feel IE...self image in general...

Also taking pills and aids isnt doing it on your own...YOU are doing this ON YOUR OWN...Your acomplishment will by far SUCCEED hers...

EVERYTHING YOU ALWAYS SAY TO ME...REVERSE IT TO YOU!!!

Ya kno0w I never really make progress, only just with abt 5 or so lbs which we all know is water weight...at least you ahve made it this far and will prob struggle more with your last bit there your almost at your goal...

Start switching things up...start doing other/different exercises...your body gets use to the same old same old...shake up your food and routine a bit!!!

Start doing some Yoga...maybe more strength training...

Yoga is nice, i like it and im not skinny...i can do it and i like it...just google printable yoga poses in google you can also buy lil cheap books from chapters and such...

i like you hun, i will say and do whateveer it takes to make you feel good and happy adn it is all truth!!!

Yoga for dummies is excellent!it is a dvd...and you can get yoga for dummies with weights i have that and love it...

hey there! Thanks so much for stopping by!!! Your contribution to my post is so very much appreciated! Its very exciting. I am nervous about these last 9 lbs..... just because its been so long since ive seen 120... but im also so excited because THEN ITS ON TO THE NEXT GOAL!!!!


Yesterday i picked up a book at the bookstore called complete food counts. Its a thick book full of the nutritional values of pretty much any food you can think of. It has fat, calories, carbs, you name it!!! 40,000 food products in it.


my bf thinks im a nerd... he is like... why do you need that... the box says it!

but i am thinking on the run.... at resturants... its nice to reference. I am prolly just gonna keep it in my car!!


going on a 15 mile bike ride prolly today! I am puuuuuumped!! :) cant wait! ill update you on how that went once i return!

When I read certain posts and threads, it motivates me no end. I am around 159lbs right now and have just got used to being around that weight and more although I dont generally go above 170lbs, something kicks in. My goal is around 145lbs but to be honest, the more I read other people achieving, I think no way, there will be another goal to get when I get to that one. After all I was at one time in the 120lbs. I accept that maybe I may be very comfortable around 130's and I wont put pressure on myself to go further, I am even quite happy at around 140lb, I suppose its a case of seeing how I feel when I get there.

Seriously though, reading that you have achieved that is fab and I know just how much better you will feel in yourself. No way you are a nerd, I think its great to know the truth about food as quite often we make very poor choices. This week I've been dipping carrot batons into a dip which of course I think, dip, houmous, healthy to find out its very high in fat. Im learning, so its batons without the dip this week until I find a satisfactory low fat one.

Anyhow, sorry for waffling in your diary just wanted to say a huge best of luck, you've come this far you can do it.
 
Today was a great day. This morning we got up and went to breakfast with two of our friends, and then we set out on a nice LOOOOOOONG bike ride. We went a trail that goes through the city of harrisburg and it was quite the ride. There were some scenic parts, so HUGE HILLS, so downhill coasting, went through so ghettos, saw some strange people, etc. We ended up doing a total of 18 miles which to me is incredible that i am here and living to tell about it!!! My butt is soooo sore right now its not even funny! poor bf is having a hell of a time sitting down himself!! :) It was beautiful weather and a wonderful day to get outside, exercise, shake the routine up a bit, and enjoy the gorgeous day and sunshine!!!

( pretty sure ill be regretting it tomorrow morning!)

snack- bear foot ice cream w/ milk and chocolate syrup
OMMMMMMMMG good!!! ( bad bad treat... but hey i rode 18 miles so i felt it was deserved!!! hehee.)

Decided to close the weekend out with a treat. Tomorrow its back to the grind and back to the rigid eating schedule. Im excited to see what the week holds for me weightloss wise!!! :) Will be working out tomorrow evening rather than morning due to the tough riding today... need the extra sleep!!!
