Mine was pretty bad - fun mind you but bad health wise!
Friday started off great - I went on the treadmill before work and did 2 miles and then when I got home instead of having a nap or getting straight to the booze I decided to burn some more calories on the treadmill and did another 4.25 miles for a total of 10km (or 6.25 miles!) and like 750 calories burned! Ok so that would have been great but then I showered and started drinking while getting ready to go bowling. I had a ton of fun bowling and actually won both games even though my score wasn't the greatest (10 pin - 109 the first game and 102 the second game). The drinks were going down really easy - I was having rye w water & lemon. After bowling we went to a bar and continued drinking!! I was on my feet all night and by the time I got home it felt so great to take off my tall boots! In total I would guess I had between 12-15 rye's a couple shots and a beer when we first got there. To make things extra worse my hunnie and I decided to make Kraft dinner when we got home and as soon as the water started boiling he passed out and I ate the whole box by myself!!! I'm sure the food helped in me having a hang over the next day but dang that was a lot of calories!!
Needless to say I didn't make it to Kettle Bell the next morning but woke up feeling not too bad around 11am (considering I went to bed at 4am!) and all I could think about was grease! I decided because of the KD episode I should start the day healthy and had a big veggie salad w tuna. Later that day I did some cleaning and eventually got comfy on the couch. Around 5pm I started to think about bad food for dinner and decided once again I needed to do some exercising (especially because I didnt' go to Kettle Bell!). I got on the treadmill and actually felt like running! I did 5 miles in 60 min with a warm up and cool down. I have been making a huge effort to warm up and then stretch instead of just stretching at the end and find it's really helping and making me feel better during the workout. Ok so I burned a good amount of calories and then showered up. When I was getting out of the shower I smelt something so delicious coming out of the oven - pizza!! Hawaiian pizza - my fav!! My hunnie had run to the corner store where they make the best pizza's! I had three good size pieces and was stuffed!! I ended up going to bed around 11pm and didn't have any snacks after dinner!! I was still over my points for the day but not by much!
Sunday I decided I needed to get to the gym so I went for 9am and took a 1hr cycle class. It kicked my butt! After I had a 20 min sauna and it felt so good! Got home and ate another salad w tuna - ya I started the day off right again! Headed back into town to get some groceries and stopped at Tim Horton's for a vanilla cap and caramel pecan cookie

My hunnie told me he was getting a danish so I wanted something too and after I ordered my cookie he didn't even get a danish! I was mad because I didn't really need the cookie either but felt like I should get it because he was getting something - anyway it kinda made me mad for a second but then I just gave him a good size bite of mine and felt better! At the grocery store he got a chocolate bar and I had a bite. Headed home and just felt like snacking all day - one thing after another - yogurt, pudding, banana, granola bar, triscuts. Dinner we had chicken with left over frozen spaghetti sauce and Smart spaghettini. I decided I needed to burn some more calories since I ate way over my points even before dinner! I did 60 min during Amazing Race but didn't feel like running - I had it on 6 incline and 4.2 mph and burned 607 calories. After that I said I wasn't going to snack anymore but that didn't happen

I had an orange and one point bar and then some triscuts with jam! long story short - good thing I burned more calories!
So overall it wasn't a terrible weekend because I exercised my butt off but equaled it out with eating crap and drinking my face off!! I had a lot of fun though!! I was going to bring my camera to show some pics from Friday but forgot it today so maybe tomorrow!
This morning I woke up and got on the treadmill!! I did 25 min and 2.1 miles but I can't stop thinking about food today! I ate my usual breakfast and then found a granola bar in my desk and now want to eat my lunch but it's only 9am!!! I need to read some journals and get motivated for this week!! I haven't seen 149 again since Friday but I'm very close and really want it so I gotta work hard and get these food thoughts out of my head!!
