Personal challenge of NO FAST FOOD for the rest of the month.:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

This is one challenge I'm going to hold you to - I'm just serious.

We pretty much have the same weekend goals with the walks, I'm aiming for a 5 and 5 on the trail before the weather breakdown starts on Monday.

11:44pm and it's 55 degrees here - completely unheard of and luv'n it (while it last)

Breakfast, Branflakes, milk (had 2 servings) water, 260
snack, Light and fit yogurt, water, 40
lunch, corn, green beans, potato, smidge of meatloaf, water, 400
dinner, homemade sub sandwhich about 5 inches (close to cold cut tri from Subway, but homemade), celery, cauliflour, water, 460

Cals - 1160
Water, 3 L

Exercise - I walked 4 miles today!!!!!!!!!!!! in one hour. WHOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I went to the grocery yesterday, and made a veggie tray, bought lots of healthy stuff.

Exersice - going to do 4 miles today.

4 mph is some serious heart walking there Heidi. I think the caloric burn rate doubles at 4 mph verses 2.5 mph. I swear I'm the slowest walker on this board :mad: You gals make me look bad :p :D

Randy - you do NOT look bad! Looking bad is not doing anything, sitting on the couch, watching TV, downing a 6 pack and a half of bud, hand to mouthing cheetoes.

Walking 8.25 miles is NOT looking bad!

Geesh...sometimes you just have smack these guys up the head!

Im pretty slow also lol. I can walk faster than i jog (well last time i tried anyway).

T2 - The walk was great! It was raining and cold, I got all wet. With the MP3 player the hour flew by!! I could never make it the 8 miles that you did yesterday... now THAT is impressive!!!!!!!!!

Wishes- I tried jogging and it hurt my ankles badly! Dont think I am going to try it again.

Oh, I can't wait until spring when I can actually walk until I get tired. Today I made 15 minutes before my legs froze, and my earmuffs kept sliding off my ears. :(
 
Weighed in this morning for the Challenge.... 130.6 .......... Whooohooooo. Down 2.4! ... 120, ohhh so close.

7:00, 30 min Denise Austin Pilates tape
8:00, 1/2 bag of 100 cal mini bag pop corn, water, 50

It seems like I had a little something to eat all day! Wasnt hungry at all :)

Didnt exercise tonight. Buy the time I got done with everything that I needed to do it is almost 8:00 PM.

Tomorrow Alyssa has dance class from 5:30 to 6:30, my plan is to get 3 miles during! I went ahead and cooked dinner tonight for tomorrow and put plates in the fridge.
