4:00 - little debbie low fat snack - 100
5:30 - bowl of chili, 1 piece of corn bread, water - 550
6:30 - piece of cornbread, water - 150
Cals - 1250
Water - 3 L
My goal was 10 miles today. Needless to say I didnt make it. It was raining most of the day. HOWEVER... I did get 5 miles in. That is still more miles then I have walked in a single day since I started my weightloss.
