I was so tired yesterday I didnt post.

1-10-07 - I only had about 900 calories, Shredded Wheats for breakfast, lettuce tomatos peppers and a bit of sour cream with shredded chicken for lunch, toast with an egg cooked with EVOO on it for dinner. No snacks, plenty of water.

I cleaned the house and done laundry when I got home from work. Not a real exciting day. I took my daughter to dance class, I was going to walk 3 miles during her class, but since it was her first class back, she was nervous and didnt want me to leave. SOoooooo I didnt walk yesterday.

1-11-07 -
Breakfast 1/2 pack of oatmeal, water, 100
lunch, ramen noodles - 390
dinner - dont know yet, but have plenty of calories left.

I am going to do my pilates tape tonight.



I have a walking buddy at work now, Jenny. She is the clerical support! She quit smoking. But she had lost like 50 pounds before she quit. Well....it is starting to come back she she is going to walk with me. 2 miles tomorrow. Also, the plan is to walk 10 miles on Saturday, and 10 miles on Sunday. We will see!
 
1-12-07 - Had approx 1100 cals, over 3 L of water. I didnt walk, was raining all day. Husband was off work last night, ;)!


1-13-07
8:30 - Oatmeal, milk, water - 180
9:15 - 10:30 - 5 MILE WALK
11:30 - whole wheat toast, egg cooked with spray, water, 200
2:00 - fiji apple, water - 70
4:00 - little debbie low fat snack - 100
5:30 - bowl of chili, 1 piece of corn bread, water - 550
6:30 - piece of cornbread, water - 150

Cals - 1250
Water - 3 L

My goal was 10 miles today. Needless to say I didnt make it. It was raining most of the day. HOWEVER... I did get 5 miles in. That is still more miles then I have walked in a single day since I started my weightloss. :)
 
1-14-07

Breakfast - 2 c coffee - 0
Lunch, Ramen noodles, water - 380
Dinner, hotdog with mustard no bun, tbs of chili sauce water - 250
snack, fit and light yogurt - 40
snack - popcorn with a tsp parm cheese, 100

Cals - 870
Water - 3 L

I didnt get to walk today, I had 3 children to watch till 530 PM, and it was raining all day. It is dark by 6.

Tomorrow I am off work. Goal is 10 miles. Weigh-in in the AM for NY Challenge.

I have not been in the 120s for over 10 years :)

I did something yesterday :eek: My sister came over to show my daughter how to work her Bratz Sewing Machine (I took shop in school, not home-ed) Anyway, she started a new job at a hospital, so I pulled out all of my clothes size 14 (well, cause that is the size she wears) and gave them to her. So there is no going back up in weight. I am hesitant getting rid of the 12s. Maybe when I reach my goal weight. My husband did say when I made my goal weight he would take me on a shopping spree!:D I hope he remembers saying that ;) ;)

I realized today that all together from my highest to my current I have lost 41 pounds. It is strange because I feel like the same person.

12PM, tortilla chips with nacho sauce, water (I KNOW!) 400
3 PM, pasta (small serving), small piece garlic bread, water, 600
7 PM, orange, water, 70

Cals, 1220
Water, 3 L

Exersice - 9 AM, 5 Miles in 1 hour 15 mins

I was going to go for 10 miles today broken up in 2 incraments, but I am not motivated enough to do 10. I want to, but I just dont.

41 pounds?! Holy cow, woman! That's fantastic! And you are the same person as you were 41 pounds ago - there's just less of that same person now! :)

Send some of that rain my way, please! But I need some warmer temps to go with it, too.

No walking today, it was freaking cold, snowing and in the 20s.
100 crunches

I think the rest of the 9 pounds that I want to loose is in my tummy area. If anyone has any good abdomen exersices let me know :)
