Weighed in this morning for the New Years Challenge, 133. Gained 3 pounds back. I excpected it though. Hopefully this challenge will help me this month.
 
Man Heidi! You seam so small already! I am 5'3" and I would look terrible at 120. My goal is 137 and that'll put me in a size 6! I am in an 8 now. Are you a small frame then?

I am 5'4", and at 130ish I am wearing a size 10 some size 8. I would like to be down to a size 6. Isnt it strange how people at different heights and weights wear different sizes.

Your doing great you'll have those 3 lbs gone by
Friday ;) ! I to love low calorie dieting and have been using it for a
while now and 1 thing I can say when ya cheat and gain a few they
are gone quickly with just a few days of 1200 calories and exersicing!
Good luck girl your 120 is right around the corner!

Breakfast, bran flakes 1 cup, 1/4 c 2% milk, 220

Lunch, water, stuffed bell pepper and 1/2 cup mashed potato, 375, 130
dinner, green beans and red potato, small piece of smoked sausage with 0 Cal parkay spray, water, 30, 125, 218
snack, Dannon fit and light yogurt, 45

Exersice: 3 Miles in 50 minutes

I go back to work tomorrow. Thank goodness. Sitting around with food all day is not the best!

Walked; 2 miles in 30 minutes (walked during my lunch hour)

Today started out well...

snack, special K bar, 90
Lunch.... this is where it went bad.... Chinese
Dinner, Whole Wheat speghetti, sauce (Only ate a few bites then had to go into the office for a bit)

I dont know totals for Cals. I am guessing close to 2000 with the Chinese. UGH. And I didnt walk today.
Water, 3 L

TOM and had a really really bad day. I know that is no excuse. But you know what... I am so close to my GW... I should feel pretty damn lucky that I am not 170 or close to anymore. Yah....
 
Don't sweat it Heidi. Keep an even balance going through the winter. We shall emerge come spring.

God knows you try as hard as anyone on here.

I keep ogling the chinese at the cafe next door to work but its just so oily. the usual place i go to does it nice though. mmmm chinese
 
It's all a matter of balance - and yesterday, you only had an 800 calorie day. You'll walk away from this week doing just fine :)

missed lunch... I was in a court hearing from 10:30 to 4:00, It was grueling, with only 2, 10 min recesses
dinner, Chinese.... YES I KNOW, two times in one week!!! I did not over do it though and I am confident that I am around 1200 Cals.

So tired! Excersice, Moderate cleaning for 1 hour.

Plan is to walk 4 miles tomorrow and 4 Miles on sunday. Weigh in on Monday for the Team Challenge.

I need to do the no fast food challenege to myself again. I had the McDevil for lunch last Sunday. :eek: Why oh why does it have to be so dang cheap!?..lol. Have a great weekend Heidi!!! :D:D Hopefully this warm weather will stick around!
