I feel a bit better today, but I have been taking lots of medicines and sucking on halls. I took a nap in my office at lunch today. Sooo no walk. I am not going to change my weight to 130, because I blew Christmas dinner. I am joining the New Years Club, and for January my goal weight will be 125 by Jan 30th.
