Woooo and xmas goal! thats awesome.
I made 100lb loss for xmas (well actually a day or so before), im real happy about it :D
Still a way to go :)
 
Merry Christmas to everyone too!!

Welp, it is Dec 26th. On Christmas morning I weighed 130. So I did not make my goal of 129. Soooo close though, If I were better at dinner on Christmas Eve I probably would have. I weighed more then that this morning, but I am not counting that just yet. HEHE

Soooo now I am sicker then a friggin dog. My ears are plugged, my joints and muscles ache, my nose is stuffy yet runs, my head hurts, my chest hurts, my throat hurts, and I am hacking up green stuff.

I went to Walmart and got, Severe Cold Medicine, Menthal Halls, Daily Vitamins, and Greatfruit Juice (high in vit C - 130 cals for 8 oz...yikes)

Back to work in the morning. I am going to try to walk during my lunch. But, I really feal like crap.
 
Hey! When you are sick take a break! You'll be fine no need to over do it when feeling so crummie!! Get some rest and GET WELL SOON!!!!:D

I feel a bit better today, but I have been taking lots of medicines and sucking on halls. I took a nap in my office at lunch today. Sooo no walk. I am not going to change my weight to 130, because I blew Christmas dinner. I am joining the New Years Club, and for January my goal weight will be 125 by Jan 30th.


Breakfast, Greatfruit juice, water, 130 cals
snack, coffee
lunch, chicken noodle soup, water, 150
snack, oreo crisp snack bag, water, 100
dinner, small portion of beef stew with a bisquit, 1/3 cup mac n cheese, green beans, water, 600
about 100 cals in halls! haha (15 cals per)

Cals, 1080
Water, 3 L


tomorrow I walk.
 
Still sick. Havent walked. Only ate dinner today. So should be well under 1200 cals. Drank lots of water. I dont have to go back to work until Wednesday, Jan 2.

To do list by Jan 2
Walk 10 miles
Drink 3 L of water a day
Stay under 1200
Eat atleast on salad a day
Take a daily vitamin
8 hours of sleep a day

Oh, I bought a pair of size 8 pants.. and they fit. WHooohoo. But the second pair of size 8 pants I bought were a tad tight... go figure.

I would choose to believe that the second pair of pants was made small ;)
 
arg i hate the sizing they have in stores.

Its sooo annoying when you think 'yippee im this size' and go out and buy things that are too small (admittedly i have grown into things now)
 
So do you still lose with the cals going as low as a lil over 800 as long as you up them the next day? I done low today but I basically will mix it up i think like you are!

It seems to be working for me. I dont really add up the calories until the end of the day, but I have a round about number in my head. I try to stop eating when I dont feel hungry anymore. The weeks that I actually loose are the one's where I have some 800 days mixed in with 1200 days. Good Luck! But be sure if you get light headed or something that you eat, watch that low blood sugar.
