Todays goal -

Excersice - I am cleaning the whole house, mopping, dusting, washing windows, washing down walls, washing curtains. vaccuming, laundry, cleaning the fridge. Should take the biggest part of the day.

Food wise, I am going to stay under 1200 cals, and eat five colors of fruits and veggies.
 
I started cleaning at 10:30 and finished up about 5. I did take a break in the middle though. Keep in mind, my house is only around 1500 sq ft. I got everything done and feeling pretty good about it. So in total I did 5 hours of housework, moving, stretching, bending... all sorts. I actually cooked a homemade meal for dinner to. Since my husband works nights and leaves for work when I am coming home from work, often I do not cook.

Breakfast, Banana, 90 (white fruit)
snack, carrots, 10 (orange veggie)
lunch, 1/2 cup veggie soup and about 10 tortilla chips, 300
snack, celery with 1/2 tsp peanut butter, 90 (green veggie)
dinner, pork chop, greenbeens, baked potato, and just a little bit of mac and cheese - 600 (green veggie, white veggie)
Total - 1090

I got up this morning at 7 am and went to Krogers and Wallyworld. It was chilly outside so I grabbed a pair of jeans out of they closet and a sweat shirt. The jeans were low rise, and before at 145 I looked like a MUFFIN in them... NOW they are baggy on me... WHOOT WHOOT!

I walked 2 miles this morning... I planned on doing more, but my daughter decided she wanted to go with me and ride her scooter.....so that was all I could handle with the company.. heheh.

Breakfast, Banana, water
For lunch I made a vegetable tray... carrots, green peppers, cherry tomatos, and celery with fat free dip,... I will use it sparingly.

That is totally the most amazing feeling, when your clothes get baggier! So good for you! I have done ok for my meals today, dinner will be a little slim, but I have done 2 aeorbic videos today and am going for a walk after dinner. I am hoping for a change on the scale tomorrow. After all surely I am literly woking my butt off!!:D

Today has definately been a MONDAY...

Breakfast, small red apple, water 55
snack, smal green apple, water 55
lunch, ham, 1 slice all grain wheat, baby carrots, water 225
dinner, pork chop, rice, 1/2 baked potato 500
snack, Fudge bar.. ymmmmmmm.. 110
snack, celery and cherry tomatos, 50
Total - 995
Water - 3 L

Exersice - 2 mile walk in 35 minutes, Pushed mowed yard for 1.25 minutes with non self propelled mower, 1 hour of light housework

All that and worked 8.5 hours :).. and paid bills, and helped daughter with her home work... I am the WOMAN!

How much did you get mowed in 1 and 1/4 minutes?

LMAO - That was 1 hour and 15 minutes.. hehe

Breakfast, 1 cinnimon roll, 150
Lunch, ham, 1 slice multi grain bread, tomatos, carrots, 240
snack, green apple small, 55
dinner, chicken breast, green beans, potato, 400
Water - 3 L

Excersice - 2 mile walk
I may do something else after dinner, but not sure yet
 
I am sooo hungry tonight! Its after 7 and I am NOT going to eat anything else. After dinner I had one of those single serving bags of popcorn. It said 40 calories...but I half dont believe that it was only that much. It said that one bag was a serving. That is the first time I have had popcorn in well over a year.

I took my two little chihuahua's to the pet groomer tonight to have their nails clipped, ears cleaned, and anal glands expressed. One of them wont let me clip her nails, I am scared to do ears, and I refused to do their anal gland myself. Yuck. The groomer bathed them and sprayed them with some good smelling stuff. I wonder if I can buy that same doggie deoderant at PatSmart.

My plan for tomorrow is to walk 2 miles in the morning. We will see. That darn snooze button.
 
I'm not even going to ask about the anal gland thing :eek:

I'm going to be hungry tonight too...mom took me to Boston pizza, and instead of the tomato sauce, they brought me alfredo. Which left only minimal points/calories for supper:( I'm going to do some time on the elliptical so I can actually EAT supper:)

Any weight loosing plumbers out there????

How do I fix this...

When you go to flush the toilet, the tank isnt filling up with water...so it wont flush. I have to take the lid off, and pull up the hanger thing so that the water will fill up. It is driving me nuts. Any DYI advice?:confused:
 
Maybe I Can Help

:( I am not a plummer, but we had a similar problem. My husband had to buy a chain that attaches to the thing you pull up on. (Sorry I don't know the names!) But anyway it attaches to the flushing handle from the inside and it could either be broke or needs to be put on. Don't know if that's your problem or not, but you can check! If my directions aren't too difficult!!
