Nice routine Heidi.

I actually hope to get re-motivated to have a multi-exercise routine like you and so many others on here. I did a half-assed routine in July for one of those challenges and really ripped myself apart and haven't even considered getting back into since, so I have mad respect you doing the doing part of your routine.

Some of us just excel in different ways and that's what makes this forum so cool to see who does what and what works for who - pretty unique don'tya think ??

I like your new av too :)
 
Thanks T2... It have stolen lots of ideas from this board! I enjoy reading it and learning about other people and their trials.



Today
Breakfast, banana, water, 105c
snack, pretzles, 108 water
lunch, soup, 200c, 4 slices turkey, 60c, water
snack, water
dinner, chili w/ few tortilla chips, shredded cheese, water 650c
Total = about 1100

Walked 1 Mile (started pouring rain)
50 ab twists, 50 toe touches, 30 back leglifts, 100 squats

TOM is close. Going out of town Thursday and Friday for work.

Hey Heidi!
I saw where you mentioned being hungry after walking. I am too, consider a turkey and cheese roll up. I find it to be yummy and quite filling...and the protein helps your legs build muscle after you've burned some of the fat up!

I was driving back from my conference today and.. GRRRRR.. i got a g&( D&)(& F(&(&(^ speeding ticket.
 
wow sorry to hear that, I have a no inspection sticker ticket. I think i'll just put it in the mail box and see if it goes away lol.

I have calmed down over the ticket... Since I WAS speeding, I deserved it. I should be thankful that he wrote the ticket for 70 in a 55, instead of the 76 I was going. Cause that would have ment reckless driving. I vow from now on to NOT speed and be more alert as to what speed I am traveling.

To boot.... I gained a pound back this week. 134. I wasnt able to walk due to being at the conference two days in a row... and they fed us very good. Oh my did they feed us. I am just a little upset with myself for not having more self control.

Back to work this week, doing all of those things that I should be doing, eating the right foods, and exercising. When Oct starts I am definately going to join the 10 pounds club. That really motivated me in August. I have also gotten away from keeping the food diary. I am going to keep it on here again as I did in the begining. Ack, I need to change my ticker back... *Grummbling*
 
I joined the Halloween challenge and I feel pretty good about it! If I meet the goal weight of loosing 12 pounds... I will be 2 pounds from my goal. OMG!!!


Breakfast, small Banana, water, 90
lunch, 1/2 cup egg salad, 1 slice whole grain bread, water, 350
snack, small apple, 1 teaspoon pnut butter, 150, water
dinner, package of ham, I slice whole grain bread, mustard, pickle, 1/2 cup potato salad, 400, water
snack, 1 cup vanilla yogurt shake, 235, water
water

1225 cals for today
3 L of water today
Exercise, mowed the front lawn, 3 loads laundry, cleaned house, mopped

Note to self: the "salads" are way to high in calories, avoid
 
Mayo will do you in everytime right? :) Have you ever seen this crazy guy who just eats a freakin' tub of mayo with a rubber spatula--he eats the whole thing! I'd barf, firstly because I have a phobia of any food that is white and creamy (minus ice cream and potatos) but second because that is just a tub of fat. Eew.

Keep up the good work and have a great time with the Halloween challenge!
 
Today I planned on getting out of bed and walking 2 miles before work. Didnt happen. My husband woke me up at 3 AM.. for, well.... ;)

Breafast, Banana 90
Snack, General Mills bar, 140 Finished 1 liter of water
Lunch, 1.5 cup homemade vegetable soup, 240
Snack, petzels, 105, Finished 1 liter of water
dinner, 1.5 cup vegetable soup, 240
Snack, 1/2 cup grapes, 31 Finished 1 liter of water

846 Cals. oh my... lower then I thought
3 L of water

Exercise
2 mile walk in 30 minutes, 50 crunches, 70 squats, 40 back leg lifts
 
wow! Only 846 calories! You go girl!! I doubt I could get through a whole day on that little. I admire you for that!

Hey, your hubby woke you up, but at least you started off your day with a little exercise! ;)

3 am huh? Sounds like a reason worth getting up for! ;) Glad you got in your normal exercise plus a little on the side! You're doing great! :)

Total cals - 977 cals
H20 intake - 3 L = 100 oz

HAHAHAHA. My husband works late every other week (his job has rotating shifts) so I know what you're talking about! ;) We have to get our men on a schedule that suits us!! :D

That reminds me... Did you ever see the Oprah episode about the woman who lost weight from just having more sex?? It was incredible!! LOL

I havent seen that one! I have heard that if you have sex everyday that it keeps you healthy... That explains alot, because after I got married...hehe.. I started gaining weight. According to WebMD that 30 minutes of sex burns 85 cals. So I burned like...EDITED: Due to to much information!
