Today:
Breakfast - whole wheat toast, 1 egg fried with olive oil spray, 170
lunch - can of soup, 200
snack - whipped yogurt, 130
This is what I am having for dinner, 1 hot dog, 1 crescent roll, 1/2 slice cheese, a little macncheese, just a taste of baked beans - 600 (pigs in a blanket bad idea for dieters....but so tasty)
3 L of water - 1100 cals
Walked - 2 miles in 30 minutes
The next few days it is going to be in the 80s so, that leaves me out for walking at lunch. I cant stand coming back to work sweaty, just cant do it. I AM GOING TO GET UP and walk in the AM and then in the PM. I have finally lots 13 pounds, and have 12 more to go. I need to step it up a notch or I am going to backslide. If only I could wish it away.
To top it all off with... I gave my dogs a bath today, and found three fleas on Mable! The only place they have been since their last bath (I bath them every week) is the pet groomers to get there nails clipped. So of course I freaked out, and gave them a second bath waiting for any signs of more fleas. I studied them for an hour looking and searching. Didnt see any on Pie (Pie is my black and tan chihuahua) But is it because she is black!...so then I had to wash their dog beds, blankets, and my bedding, because, they sleep with me....hehe... then I vacuumed the furniture and the rooms that have carpet thoroughly. I know I shouldnt have stopped giving them frontline plus 2 months ago! So, thankful my sister had some frontline, but only one tube... since it is for dogs up to 22 pounds, I figured well...my two only way 10 pounds put together, put half on one and half on the other, so I started them back on it today. Ugh!
I have a little OCD.. sorry.
