impressive walk =-) your doing great heidilw. dont let the slip ups get you down, keep up the 1200 calorie limit and the great excersize and you'll be get there!
 
It has been 3 weeks since I have posted anything.... needless to say I fell off of the wagon. I was doing so well...I dont know what happened. I was down to 131 and after a few weeks of falling on my face I have gained 6 pounds back. I was doing so well. I knew I was slipping and avoided coming back to my diary because I was ashamed that my self control had filtered away from me.

So here I am... again. will I ever reach my goal or continue this yoyo. Its not like I dont know what I need to do. I worked up the courage tonight to return to my diary, and start again. I am thankful that I didnt wait till I was back up to 160, but I wish I could kick myself in the ass for not sticking with it, I could have been so close to my goal weight. It makes me think of what caused me to slip. What in my life caused my to go back to old habits.

1100 Calories total for the day. I didnt get all my water in though. Need to do better on that for Sunday. I worked for 2 hours in the yard raking leaves and bagging leaves and about an hour of light housework. It felt good getting off of my ass!!

I am hoping to be to my goal weight by Christmas. We will see. I think a new wardrobe for christmas would be awsome!

I will continue to weigh myself on Friday mornings.

Well you look like you're doing a big comeback. We all have done this yoyo sort of thing, it takes real strength to be able to notice this and make a change.

Walked 2 miles in 30 minutes
Cleaned out gutters, 45 minutes

I was looking at Ebay for an exercise tape, since it is going to start getting TOO cold to walk, any ideas? Turbo Jam?
 
I use the FIRM series....kinda old, but I like the aerobics thing :D

Exercise, Walked 2 Miles in 30 minutes

I stayed busy today with housework, I probably only sat down for a total of an hour today and its already 6 PM. I am fixin to eat dinner, and wont have anything else to eat for the night except for 2 mugs of hot green tea.

I feel so great since I have been walking again. I can breath better, sleep better, and just feel in a good mood! Its great to be back, even when I do make it to my goal weight, I know I am going to have to stick around and continue walking... after that 3 week lull...I know now, in no time I will gain it back again.

Curse my mom for that Bagel. She brought a WHOLE sack of Panera Bread bagels over here the other day. I packaged them individually and put them in the freezer so I dont chow down on them. They sure are alot of calories.

Exersice, at Lunch I walked up and down 3 flights of stairs 4 times, walked 2 miles in 30 minutes

geez, remind me to never challenge you to a walking race - yet another WLF'er that would smoke me !!
 
Hi! Heidi glad to see you getting around again. I have a question and it may sound strange. But I was wondering if you ever lived in northren California as a kid? Your picture looks like a Heidi I went to school with when I was about 5yrs. -10yrs. When she moved. I moved also, but you look like her and I was just curious. LOl I know you probably think I'm crazy!! My husband thinks I'm sooo weird when I ask people things like that and I'm usually wrong, but if I don't ask it drives me crazy!!:D
