I feel so great since I have been walking again. I can breath better, sleep better, and just feel in a good mood! Its great to be back, even when I do make it to my goal weight, I know I am going to have to stick around and continue walking... after that 3 week lull...I know now, in no time I will gain it back again.

Curse my mom for that Bagel. She brought a WHOLE sack of Panera Bread bagels over here the other day. I packaged them individually and put them in the freezer so I dont chow down on them. They sure are alot of calories.
