Hi! Heidi glad to see you getting around again. I have a question and it may sound strange. But I was wondering if you ever lived in northren California as a kid? Your picture looks like a Heidi I went to school with when I was about 5yrs. -10yrs.

be gone soon - Never lived in California. But I did live in Oklahoma part of my elementary school days. I think I have one of those faces. It would be cool to find a long lost friend wouldnt it! Have you ever looked up people on Classmates.com. It is really fun!

T2 - Yesterday was a good menu, I wasnt actually feeling starved all day. I find that a variety makes me feel better.

I love all the people on WLF.... there are too many too name, I wouldnt want to leave anyone out... I LOVE reading all of your diaries.

Ex: Walked 2 miles in 30 mins (It was cold and raining but I walked anyway! Had on a big winter coat, tobogan, and gloves.. bbrrrr)

Tomorrow I am going to go to the library and see if they have any exercise tapes to check out, to change things up a little.
 
Bummer! It would be cool to run into somebody you know on here! Looks like you are doing good! I wish I was better at keeping my cal low. I had 1358 today and for me that's not bad!

This is not a healthy day, but Thursday's are chinese day at work so I have deemed thursday as my "cheat" day. However, I did not over eat, and I did not go over board. I only had one plate. I did not go back for seconds! I believe I had an egg roll, beef with mushrooms, chinese dumplings, a wonton and a chinese bread.

I felt really sick from a headache I had when I got home from work today, and vomited. Chinese is not very good coming up... believe me! I took some exedrine. It is raining harder tonight, so I did not walk.

Tomorrow is a pitch in at work. So I will have a light breakfast, I am making chili to take. I will not go overboard and not snack all day either. I am definately going to limit myself. I am also going to take my tennies to work tomorrow and walk 2 miles at lunch time and grab a bite when I get back from walking so I am not tempted to graze for the hour!!! Good luck to me tomorrow!

Gun season comes in Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
For those of you that eat chinese... Panda Garden has Nutritional Information on Chinese dishes. It would atleast give you an idea of what you are eating!
 
Hi Heidi. Ugh, about the chinese food. :( Sucky.

I'll definitely have to try some of that Panda express food. I miss Chinese food... but after your little story, I'm not in a rush to have any just yet. ;)

wow thats tiny. Damn another 100lb to loose for me to get there hehehe :D

I am really short, 5'4". Still at 135, I wear a size 10. My goal is 120. I havent been 120 for 10 years. When I got married I was 105. I have to admit then I was too thin, I had no butt. haha.
 
Did not go hunting with husband today, maybe next weekend... alot of craziness in the woods on opening day. Today I cleaned house, grocery store, walmart. I went to my mom's house to use her exersice equipment.

:D That's funny. i didn't go hunting with my husband toady either! I'm also going next weekend. He got his today, so it'll just be my turn.

It'll be my first one too!!! Last year I just wounded one. :eek: My husband isnt back from the woods yet... hope he got one.
 
I took my life in my own hands today and went to Walmart, I think I was safer in the woods :p Geez, I use to shop at 3am because I was super fat, now I might have do it to keep my sanity - at least till after Xmas.

Nice job on losing two pounds Heidi - sure got your motivation back !!
