I did not post yesterday, I couldn't find the time.
Food was ok, could have done better but fell for a 1/2 slice of pizza making my calories to be like 1800, and only did 1/2 my exercise as we went to the parade of lights in our neighbour town. Boy it was so cold, I couldn't wait to get home.. I still came out ok, no loss no gain day for yesterday.
Today is going a lot better. Went to the gym, did all sorts of things kind of jumping from one thing to another, i was the only one in a gym, so i was just singing along my mp3 player... Running a mile, then doing some circuit training, then elliptical, back to circuit, some strenght training...etc. Food was ok as well, I have not finished my dinner yet, still have about 150 cals to spare, will update later what I figured out. Went a little over-happy with the whip cream in the morning, oh well.
Breakfast: Protein pancakes (300), 3 tbs jelly (30), 8 tbs ff whip cream ( 60), coffee (50) = 440
Snack: none
Lunch: ½ serving Maple syrup brown sugar pumpkin casserole (91), roasted veggies (116), shake : ½ c. ff milk (45), 1 ff yogurt (45) ½ c. frozen blueberries (35), 2 ww bread (70), 2 tbs sgf jelly (20) = 422
Snack: 1 granola snack bar (190)
Dinner: 1 c. ff milk (90), 1 c. Kellog's special K cereal (100) UPDATE: 1/2 pita bread (30), 1 jello caramel pudding (60), 1/2 small apple (40) = 320
Dessert: none
Total calories for the day : 1372 + 40 = 1412 (probably eat another 150 cals before the night is over, will update)
Exercise.:. 1 hrs 20 min in the gym (600 cal)
I am exited about being in a team for the Christmas challenge!! Hopefully I did not mess up too much with that week 2... oh well, I will try to make up... Also this week's bonus is very easy for me.. as I exercise well over 180 min a week.
