I have now eaten my planned dinner, no snacking, no cravings... HURRAY!!! Knock on wood but I think I am back to the healthy way of living!!!
Gym was great tonight.. I can't believe how much I missed the class... And I was able to do 30 min elliptical before hand as well, no problems.. I think I sweated a little more than I usually do but all and all no problems...
I think my exercise minutes still won't be enough for the challenge and I am not making the calorie bonus this week either. None of the days in fact.
My calories are a little low, but my stomach is still hurting from the medicine that's all the food I could eat today.
Instead of homemade muffins I made homemade oatmeal breakfast squares tonight. Its yummy: dried fruits, walnuts, banana, oatmeal, wheat germ, ground flax meal, coconuts..apple sauce are the ingredients and pretty much it. None of the un-pronounceable ingredients you can find in the store ones. I got 12 squares out of the recipe so it will be on my menu quite often for the next week.
Breakfast: 1 ww. bagel (150), 2 tbs ff cream cheese (30) 2 tbs sgf jelly (20), 1 c. ff milk (90), 1 coffee (50) = 340
Snack: none
Lunch: Brunch banana Bread pudding (340) =340
Snack: 1 blueberry muffin (154), 2 tbs jelly (20) =174
Dinner: tofu sandwich: 4.5 oz baked tofu (67) 1 joseph’s Lawash bread(100), 1 tomato (10), 2 tbs hummus (35), 1.5 c. steamed broccoli (50) =262
Dessert: 1 frozen fruitsickle (25) = 25
Total calories for the day : 1141
Exercise.:. 30 min elliptical (300 cal burn) , 30 min boot-camp (320 cal burn ) = 620 cal total.
