Nov. 16th (37 days left)

I just finished my exercise for the night. I wanted to run a little longer but I started wheezing and thought better of it. I don't want to overdo it just yet.
Food was good and back to routine here. Only 37 days left till challenge end and my weight-loss journey end.
Breakfast: 1 oatmeal breakfast Square (165), 2 tbs sgf jelly (20), 1 ff yogurt (40), 1 kiwi (46) 1 coffee (50) = 321
Snack: 1 ww bread (40), 1 tbs peanut butter (100) = 140
Lunch: Frozen meal (370) , steamed broccoli (50) = 420
Snack: 2 wasa bread (60), 1 laughing cow vedge (35) 2 tbs jelly (20) ,1 kiwi (46) = 161
Dinner: 1 ww English muffins (100), 1 egg (70), spices, 1 orange (80),1 slice swiss cheese (55) =305
Dessert: 1 frozen fruit stick (25) = 25

Total calories for the day : 1347 + 60 (supplements) = 1407

Exercise.: morning 34 min walk on treadmill, 3.7 mi/hr, incline 3 (2 mi) = 200 cal burn, evening: 24 min running, 20 min turbo jam (400 cal burn) = 600 total
 
Nov 17th (36 days left)

Ok, hopped on the scale this morning, 146.6
2 lb gain from last week which is not bad considering I have TOM around the corner and I always gain a good couple of lbs before hand. I should have no problem showing a loss next week.
So, for the challenge, I collected exactly 0 (zero, nada) points. I made the bonus for one day (+2 points) and gained (-2 points).
Next week will be a lot better.
Ok, gotta run, weekends are always busy around here.
 
Well that is good...good tha the can say that to you and good that you can be reasonable enough to see it and accept it and agree to it...your in the 140s nothing to shabby abt that at all:)

I had to change my pre-planned dinner so I would make the 3 cups veggie requirement for the challenge.
Day was good, went to the gym instead of working out at home.
Breakfast: Protein Pancakes (300), 4 tbs sgf jelly (40), 1 coffee (50) = 390
Snack: 1 oatmeal breakfast square (165)= 165
Lunch: 4.5 oz tofu (67), 1 pita bread (60), ½ tbs hummus (30), ½ c . ff milk (45), 1 ff yogurt (45), ½ frozen banana (55), 1 kiwi (46)= 348
Snack: none
Dinner: Cabbage and carrots bahji (270)
Dessert: shake : 1 c. ff milk (90), 1 c. frozen raspberries (70) = 160

Total calories for the day : 1333 + 40 for supplements
Exercise.:. 1 hr in the gym doing various exercises, elliptical, circuit training etc (500 cal burn),

Your doing awesome girl,Hubby's I dunno what to say about that cuz I don't about you but I make time for everyone in my house and I always put me off all the time so I have been telling the kids and HUBBY that 1 hour of the day for me to take time out to take care of me won't kill you all lol.BUT I am trying to MAINTAIN until after thanksgiving 181-183ish then HATDCORE at it again until xmas eve in hopes losing about 6-8 lbs then maintain eve -new years lol.
ANYWAY keep doing what makes you feel good I am sure you make time for the family Have a nice weekend.Tammy

I like your plan of maintaining through the holidays. It makes a lot of sense.
As for me, I just want to get this weight loss thing over with. I started it because I wanted to be tip-top shape for my second pregnancy. I am a very focused individual which could be a blessing or a burden depends which way we look at it. LOL. I want to kind of "move on" with my life at this point and there is this 6 lbs holding me back.. I made up my mind to be 140 and I won't be happy until I reach it. So I am going to do my best for the next 5 weeks hoping it will be enough to get to my goal but if not, I will just have to settle with the number on the scale at that point. Comes January I will want to focus on baby-making.. :D
I am kind of tired of this all, I probably over-did it in the last couple of months and kind of burned myself out.... I just want this to be over with.
I hope I am not offending anyone with my views on weight loss, this is just how I feel.
 
Hey Hajni! I heard you weren't feeling too good lately, but now see you are doing much better.

Have a great Thanksgiving! I might be able to get back on before then, but just in case. :D

Snack: 1 jello(10), breakfast oatmeal bar (165), 2 tbs jelly (20), 1 fruit bar (25) =220
Dinner: 1 blueberry muffin (154) , 2 tbs jelly (20), 1 ff yogurt (45), 1 c. cantaloupe (55) = 274
Dessert: 1 ww raspberry sherbet (110) = 110

Total calories for the day : 1354 + 15 = 1369
Exercise.: morning: 20 min running, 26 min boot-camp (400 cal), evening: 21 min running (200 cal) = 600 cal burn.
 
hey girl way to go on the bootcamp. man counting down the days till you stop all this crazy dieting and such huh?.. haha well i hope you reach your goal but even if you don't i think you have accomplished a lot and deserve to be proud of how far you have come in your journey. see you soon.

I know what you mean on wanting to focus on the baby-making i wish i could say i was happy with my weight now to start focusing on that point in my life but nope.. the time will come though hopefully by the middle of spring.. if i am lucky.. haha i gotta push myself to keep at this so i can get as close to my goal so i can do the baby making stuff in the middle of spring as i want a winter baby not a summer baby again.. haha well anyways good luck and keep me in line.. haha

Yeah, I am trying to exercise my butt off for the next month or so. I just looked back my records and on the Halloween challenge I lost 9.8 lbs in 5 weeks. I wish I could do that again... for the next 5 weeks, I will try my best but I doubt i can duplicate that...
TOM found me finally last night... now I am cramping like crazy but just relieved as well. This was one loooong cycle (62 days) and I am glad to be over with.
Now I am hoping for a good number on the scale for Saturday since I usually lose over 2lbs just water weight after TOM , so maybe I can get back to the 144.2 I was two weeks ago.
We had snow this morning, coming down hard and making the road pretty slippery. This is when I am glad I only work like 7 miles away from my house!!!
 
Wow i don't know how you do it with snow and all.. eww. i like snow just not driving in it.. haha i am glad your cycle is over finally.. boy that is a long cycle.. i am glad i don't have that long of one... anwyays i think you can do it if you really push hard but not so much the whole 9 lb loss but getting too 140 should be good.. i can't wait till i can say i am finally below 230 but that won't be for another 2 weeks maybe.. haha well gotta go clean dh is coming in tonight and then i won't ever have to say goodbye again.. haha

Pretty good day overall. Made two different kinds of cookies for Thursday as tomorrow night is bootcamp and I will be late coming home.
Nothing much happened, just a regular day.
Breakfast: 1 oatmeal breakfast bars (165) 2 tbs sgf jelly (20) ½ c. cottage cheese (80), 1 tbs wheat germ (25),3 tbs ff whip cream (30) cinnamon (6) 1 coffee (50) =376
Snack: 1 apple (100), 2 tbs better n p.butter (100) = 200
Lunch: Cabbage with sausage (216), 3 c. lettuce, tomatoes, peppers (50) = 266
Snack: 2 ww bread (80), 2 tbs hummus (40), ½ green peppers (16)= 136
Dinner: Tofu Salad Sandwich (220) {tofu, najo, carrots, onions, celery, spices, garlic) 1 pita (60), 2 c lettuce (10) = 290
Dessert: 1 jello pudding (60) = 60

Total calories for the day : 1328 + 46 (supplements) = 1374

Exercise.: morning : 30 min walk/jog (200 cal burn) , evening :21 min run, 20 min turbo jam (375 cal burn) = 575

Pretty happy with myself this morning, hopped on the scale and it showed 145.4 which is awesome considering TOM is here full force. So I might even be back to the 144.something by Saturday that I was two weeks ago. Then 140 is just around the corner from there. Feel pretty positive about reaching my goal.
Have boot-camp tonight, convinced the ladies at the gym to do a make up class since our regular scheduled boot camp is on Thursdays.
Made the cookies last night and happy to say I have not touched them, actually did not need too much will-power as they were not appealing to me at all.. happy about that too!!
I am so looking forward to the next 4 days OFF!!

Sounds like you are definately on track to meeting that goal by Christmas!
Way to go on getting them to do an advanced make-up class...LOL....I almost felt sick when I thought that I would end up missing all of my classes next week. Someone had put up a sign that said our PowerCore class was cancelled next Monday and on Wednesday I am having outpatient surgery done. But alas it was basically a typo. So I will at least hit my Monday class. Nothing to be done about the Wednesday night class. There is no way I'll be going to that one...not after surgery.
And way to go on not eating any of the cookies. I rarely can make cookies and not eat any of them. Either after their baked or before!

Today turned out pretty good. Mainly because my boss let me come home early and the ladies at the gym made the work-out fly by.
OMG I stepped on the scale after I got home and my jaw almost hit the floor!!! I am about 1.4-1.6 higher on the afternoons then in the morning, so it will be even lower by tomorrow morning. Boy I am going to have a great number for Saturday for sure. Now only if I can contain myself tomorrow!!
Made this modified pumpkin roll tonight, very low calorie and instead of the buttery filling I am filling it with sugarless jam.. (that's how I learned from my mom in Europe) 1 big slice came to like 65-70 calories, can't believe it!!! Even if I eat 2....
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg (70), 2 ww bread (80), 2 tbs najo(20), 2 veggie bacon (60), 1 coffee (50), 1 c. ff milk (90) = 370
Snack: 1/2c. cottage cheese (80),20 grapes (32) 4 tbs ff whip cream(30) = 142
Lunch: Healthy choice vegetable soup (160), 2 ww bread (80), 1 slice swiss cheese (60), 1 jello pudding (60) =360
Snack: 100 cal popcorn (100), 20 grapes (32)1 diet hot chocolate (25) = 157
Dinner: 1 Quorn chicken patty (150), 1 Joseph’s low carb Lavash bread (100), lettuce, tomatoes, radish (25), 2 tbs ff nayonaise (20)= 295
Dessert: none

Total calories for the day : 1324+ 40 (supplements) =1364

Exercise.:. morning: 31 min walk/jog ( 200 cal burn), 10 min elliptical, 30 min boot-camp (350 cal burn) = 550 cal total
