Yes, I think this time I did find that inside motivation!! And the fact that now it is going down and looking in the mirror is not so bad adds an extra boost to that motivation.
Even if I stay where I am now till Sat. this month will be the highest lbs lost month for me. The second highest was 6 lb/month, in the past I could never do anything better than that.
This challenge is really good for me!! Keeps me focused and I like that it has an "end date". For me it is easier when I think about: half is done, another half to go. Then when it is done I just find another milestone, timeline i stick to and concentrate on that. Small steps.
Almost ready to go to boot-camp. DH is picking up DD from the babysitter, so the earlier I get out of work, the earlier I can get to the gym and hop on the elliptical.
The gym brakes up the monotony of working out at home. I am not sure I would be able to stick to it six days a week without those classes twice a week.
