Hello everyone!
I joined the forum a few days ago and a couple of you suggested I should start a diary. So I thought I’ll give it a try. First, I would like to share a little about myself. I have hypothyroidism
, which makes it very difficult to loose weight. I am married and have two girls, work a full time job, and I attend college part time. I am taking the summer off from school, but I have enough stress at work

Food choices today were not that bad. I had oatmeal and a cup of coffee for breakfast (actually it was two cups
, I needed the caffeine to get through the day), a cup of cantaloupe and banana for lunch, broccoli soup and chicken Cesar salad (no croutons) for dinner, and of course water. I am setting myself small goals for now. I would like to loose 10-15 pounds before September. I am trying to cut down on white breads and sweets, which is hard to do. I have a sweet tooth and I love to eat ice cream
