July 5th

I hope everyone had a relaxing and safe 4th of July. Now is time to work harder.

Food for today:

1 bagel w/cream cheese
1 banana
coffee
ham on whole wheat toast with FF cheese and mayo
1 coke zero
brocolli, carrots, and steam chicken breast

water, water, and lots of water
1 brisk walk at lucnh time and after work + weights.

Egg & cheese on a bagel, coffee

Turkey wrap and a few wheat thins

Fruit Smoothie
Small salad, chicken and 1 cup of rice

Exercise: jog (2.5 miles), weights, bike riding
 
Hello Gothika,

It sounds like your doing wonderful with your lifestyle change. I hate to use the word diet, to me it's a four letter word! lol This is the first time I am writing in your journal. I am new to the forums and I am slowley making my rounds. You gave me a great idea to start documenting what I eat in my live journal as well. BTW I also love the name Gothika. :) I went from a size 14 to a size 8, but my goal is to get to a size 6. If you want too, you can pm me on what worked with me and what did not. I was a yo yo dieter and a recovering anorexic so if you want to chat and find out what worked for me and what did not. Hugs and goodluck to you and your weight loss goals. :eek:

Thanks to all for checking up on me. I always need that extra push.;) The day drag today. I was really tired after work, so I did not get much done in terms of exercise. I took my daughter to a birthday party. Did not eat nothing. Can you believe it? :eek: I can't even believe it myself. I ate some fruits before the party. That helped, plus the fact that it was so hot/humid (95 F, but it felt like it was over 100) and it was outside or it could be that i am really tired. I have no energy.

I did my daily 2 mile walk during lunch time and some abs exercise at night (30 minutes).

Food
breakfast: whole wheat bread, banana, coffee

Mid morning snack: yogurt

Lunch: turkey wrap, veggie wheat thins

Snack: some pieces of cantoulope and 4 strawberries

dinner: left over from last night (chicken and rice), small side salad.

beverage: H20

Thanks for dropping by. No energy again today, but manage to squeeze in some exercise. Woke up feeling terrible this morning. I am not sure if it was from standing on the heat yesterday or too much work.

Breakfast- cinnamon raisin bagel, coffee

lunch: turkey wrap, some chips

coffee- (needed a boost)

dinner: vegetable soup and a small piece of garlic bread.

H2O-116 oz. :p

Exercise:
30 min of taebo, 20 min on treadmill, weights ( I am beat). Ready to hit the sack. (we need a sleepy face icon) :p
