UMMMM sooooooooooo.... its 1am and i HAD to write down all my guilty feelings or else i wont be able to sleep!!!
this past memorial day weekend (and its not even memorial day yet!) my friends all piled into boston and kept me company.... because of that, i must have had a million drinks, and seventy eleventy thousand "goodies"... from a night on the town on friday... to another night on the town on saturday... to a baby shower on sunday, and a marathon cocktail pow-wow night with a friend who missed my whole splitting with the bf story.
and here i am, a million calories later, not even going to attempt to sugar coat all the crap i ate and when. but it goes all the way from pina coladas to choco cake, to ice cream to mozzarella sticks and fries.... a couple of healthy stuff along the way, but then pizza and more drinks......
yea.... YEA
so tomorrow is Memorial Day, and a brand new start to a stricter, skinnier me. Mark my words. I am back on the ball tomorrow, from working out, to eating to having no more delays or excuses towards my goal.
and yes... this weekend truly was therapeutic in an attempt to get over all the "drama"... i needed it. but whats done is done, and now im ready to get back on track.
