Ok i need to babble a little bit about my hunger. i am STARVING all the time... and I truly cant figure out if its because Im not eating enough in relation to how much I work out, OR if my metabolism is kicking in, or if its all of the above and now im just a hungry monkey

but for someone who used to go all day without eating, and eat a couple crackers and soup for dinner, my "new" eating is definitely working up an appetite. I eat every two hours and CANT WAIT to eat. im hungry ALLLLL the time, and Im peeing AAAAAAAAAAALLLLLL the time. its annoying the hell out of me. I feel like all i do is eat!!!! oh... and im already tired of green beans
ok sooooo... on my shopping list is a good multi-vit. I started getting headaches this past weekend, and im sure part of it was from the alcohol, but the rest i feel like had to do with too much water and flushing out all the nutrients. I really need suggestions on what multi-vit to take, because those suckers are mucho $$.. AND i want to take the one where its one a day, rather than the ones i have to take in the a.m and again in the p.m.
also, anyone know what i can take instead of L-glutamine for leg cramps?
