@FortyFour, Thanks them veggies are lovely i have been missing out, my meals are huge i like to eat a big dinner, i am not currently calorie counting more so 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat kind of thing, but i am still loosing weight or either maintaining with exercise and over summer hope to get some muscle.Em i will find out the recipe tomorrow off my mother because i dont wanna leave things out!

I didnt take a picture of my oats but i plan on using some as a pre-workout meal tomorrow so i will take a pic then
Monday 9th May
Breakfast:2 weetabix with milk/muller light yogurt
Break:chicken and chilli sauce
Lunch:chicken and chilli sauce
Dinner:2 chicken fillets,1 slice ham,4 potatoes,cabbage(lots) and water
Snack:chicken fillet and bbq sauce
Now:coffee and bran flakes
Exercise
None today as i done a cycle on saturday after i done my leg workout on friday which meant i overtrained by accident and they havent began to feel atall better yet so i could not walk, and also i slept until 9 o clock and forgot to wake up for p90x chest triceps and shoulders but i will do it tomorow!
