What I meant by being self-employed was not necessarily to open your own gym, but to just do your own advertising and such and figure out where you can take your clients. You will likely have to work out a different deal with each gym that you want to take your clients to, though. Right now there are 4 different gyms in my area that I could take my clients to (though I try to go to the same gym as much as possible). At each place, they require me to pay a user fee, which varies, depending on the deal that I've worked out with them. When the weather is nice, I can take them outside for free

EM, I havent posted in a while because for some reason, and im not sure but i think its the first time in 2 years, since i started loosing weight that I have just went off in a spiral like this, im not even joking, the last time i put on weight, i was doing it intentionally for muscle gaining purposes, over the last little while i have just been eating flat out and no exercise what-so-ever, it has been pretty bad, i feel quite flabby round the mid-section, muscles have depleted since i havent done a workout in a few weeks now, and bodybuilding is my favorite thing, its just my mind has been occupied by a damned female and some pessimistic thoughts and other general bad things etc.
I didnt weigh myself before and after, i seem to go by looks and feel now and i am not satisfied with any of those two as we speak, Anyways, im convinced this negative attitude toward weight loss and fitness will pass, just recently i havent been bothered to do anything, just thinking, whats the point, its happened a few times before but ive picked myself up very soon when i notice minor improvements, I made an attempt at getting back on board today, i plan to make goals as when i wanted to get on my suit both times i was very successful so i know i have it in me, i just need something to work towards, I might make some date that i want to wear such an item of clothing and it to fit well to motivate me, or just be in good shape for the haloween holidays, I just need to get things collected and we will be going good again
I made an attempt at trying today, i still ate bad at lunch time in school but i have done 1 walk and plan on another walk and a 10 minute run before the night is out and im finished eating solids for the evening, just a cup of coffee again and that will be me hopefully

Breakfast:2 weetabix w/milk and coffee
lunch:4 breadcrumbed chicken tenders(deep fat fried) w/chilli sauce
Dinner:2 chicken fillets, wholegrain rice
Snack:coffee x 2, diet coke
Exercise
25 min walk @ 4.8mph and 1.5% incline
25min walk @ 4.8mph and 1.5% incline
10 minute jog @ 7.5mph
I really hope this log gets a good seeing to over the next few weeks just so i can drop this extra bit of fat off and be on the road again!
