Breakfast:4 duck egg whites,oats and milk,half pack of mushrooms, 3 chicken sausages, tea
Pre-cycle:bowl of oats
Snack:2 slices of lean beef
Dinner:2 thin steaks,mushrooms,oats with small bit of syrup and milk,water
snack:Coffee,Oats, bran flakes and milk
Snack:Tin of tuna w/BBQ sauce,Oats with milk

Lots of skating and i also done a cycle around which was about 10km or so
That was all for today forgot to do shrugs, form was pretty good on all exercises especially the wide grip pull downs i was really able to isolate the muscle and target it well, its feeling worked this evening and happy with it!
