Get lean!

I agree that it's better to prepare your produce right before you are going to eat or cook it, but this is a barrier for some people, as it takes time to do this. So, in my opinion, it's better for someone to eat produce that still contains most of it's nutritional value, rather than not eating them at all because time to prep produce is a barrier.

Yeah. Maybe you are right.

I was away all day and didnt get back until 8 and thought thats alright i can do plyo from 9 to 10 or 10 to 11 but i went on msn and i had to talk to a friend for a little while he is my best bud and was having some bad situations so i think to be excused this one evening would be alright

Being a good friend definitely should take priority over a workout from time to time :)

I'm really pleased to see you eating some more vegetables.

Can you do us a favour. Can you say what's in the pictures. Its not completely obvious. The bottom one looks like icecream and mango.

I think the top one has mushrooms on the left.

Left hand side is plate of mushrooms, then in the bowl 3 duck eggs and one already in egg cup, then my bowl of porridge and on the right is brown bread

on the bottom that is all the egg shells and egg yolks that were left over and also the other cutlery when i finished, IT WAS GOOD, veggies are being consumed very regular now, they are very tasty, thanks for the comments ! :D

Ah ya see, i really needed those words. Pictures may speak 1000 words but they could be the wrong words. lol

lol, when was the last time you seen someone eat ice cream and mangos for breakfast ? haha im mad but im not completely nuts lol was some nice eating, thinkin' il start taking more pics and adding them in maybe one meal every second day or whenever i get the chance, to get an idea :D

lolol icecream and mango. I love how art (photographs) can be interpreted in many different ways.
Why duck eggs as opposed to chicken eggs?

My art masterpiece of disgarded egg shells and yolks lol

My uncle has ducks and has far more eggs than he himself can consume and he gives me a bakers dozen every week and they are about 2 times the size of a hen egg, they consist mainly og yolk though so it still amounts to around the same egg white per egg but as i said, i get them free so thats just why i have them at the moment :D

Suggest to your uncle that he feeds his spare eggs back to his ducks. They love it. I've got ducks and chickens. They all love the boiled eggs. I just put them in the pot, bring them to the boil and then turn it off so they cook in the hot water. Later in the day i get them out, chop them in half, scoop out the inside and mash it up a bit for the ducks. Easy. It may help reduce the feed bill a little. At the least its good for the birdies.

sounds good but im sure he will find people to give them to, it would be defeating the purpose keeping ducks for their eggs and then feeding them back to the ducks, he wont have trouble getting rid of them now with me taking boxes each week! :D thanks for the suggestion fortyfour!

Dinner:part 1

This is lean mince that i drained the juice and fat off then put in a sieve and shaked about for a minute or 2 to drain excess fat

Chicken is in the oven and the tomatoes are at the ready

Hey I really like the picture idea! It gives a much better idea of what you're actually eating! Just a question though... in the above post, do you mean that you're eating chicken and beef in the same meal?

Great to hear that you've added veggies to your diet! Your body will thank you :)
