Get lean!

Not going to do a full log tonight as i am in a hurry , but i went shopping and havent stopped eating fruit since and also alot of vegtables, i made my veggie soup and it is in the following picture and on the left is my thin cut steak with some mushroom and BBQ sauce :D

Saturday May 7th

Breakfast:2 weetabix with milk,muller low fat yogurt and coffee

Snack:coffee

Dinner:vegtables and rice with some chicken

Snack:eek:atcake i made and coffee

I assume il eat more tonight and that will probably be a steak or some bran flakes it depends

Exercise
Went into my favorite coffee place in town, was looking forward to it as always and when i went in i was treated with such bad manners i felt like filing a complaint for the first time in my intire life, Im only 17 and i was just so annoyed at the way this girl was treating me as if everything was a chore and gave me a death stare when i tried oder 2 slices of toast from the coffee counter then trapsed down to the deli and asked me what bread in the most horrible manner i could imagine, that obviously put a huge downer on my day and left me sour towards the establishment now and i really was getting to like this coffee house anyways that was one incident, i went on a cycle later to my friends pub for some pool and he called me out on a rule which was fare enough but when i called him on out a rule i read of the "pool rules list" he argued against me and said nobody uses that rule and even got regulars to side with him, so basically it was he can call me on one rule but yet the others dont come into practise, he is my friend but i really do feel like reporting the pub to a higher authority in order for them to force managment to take down the "pool rules" sign if it doesnt comply with games being played at the table.

Otherwise your meal is HUGE! But i am sure that is fine if its within your calorie budget. I can't remember if you are counting calories or not.

Can you please share your vegie soup recipe with us. I think i need a new one.

@FortyFour, Thanks them veggies are lovely i have been missing out, my meals are huge i like to eat a big dinner, i am not currently calorie counting more so 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat kind of thing, but i am still loosing weight or either maintaining with exercise and over summer hope to get some muscle.Em i will find out the recipe tomorrow off my mother because i dont wanna leave things out!

I didnt take a picture of my oats but i plan on using some as a pre-workout meal tomorrow so i will take a pic then :D


Monday 9th May

Dinner:2 chicken fillets,1 slice ham,4 potatoes,cabbage(lots) and water

Snack:chicken fillet and bbq sauce

Now:coffee and bran flakes

Exercise
None today as i done a cycle on saturday after i done my leg workout on friday which meant i overtrained by accident and they havent began to feel atall better yet so i could not walk, and also i slept until 9 o clock and forgot to wake up for p90x chest triceps and shoulders but i will do it tomorow!
 
If you are not counting calories, that's fine but I'd say you should weigh yourself regularly and if you notice the scales going up, reduce your portions a bit.

I consider you a real success story with vegies. I am so chuffed that you were willing and able to make the transition. :party:

I do weigh regularly, i am happy with my weight and dont even mind if i gained 5 pounds, i easily notice and then work it off, its no problem

Hey that's great. I must have forgotten you are already happy with your weight. I guess its understandable around here given that everyone else is trying to lose it lol.

It has dude, well i have been busy with exams would be the reason but it didnt stop me gettin the minimal amount of exercise in whilst i use most of my time studying seeing as the exams are over this week i have been running and walking alot, walked today for 2 and a bit miles and ran 2 yesterday weight training commences again on thursday evening!

thanks to the both of you for the support, i really only wanted to do well in 3 subjects this year which were Maths, English and geography and i already got my maths results back and i got 74% which was a B grade and i am extremely happy and i am pretty confident i will get good marks in geography and english so thanks again and also i done some weight training and another walk yesterday and today i done study and had a nap but plan to walk tomorrow again!
 
Congrats on your grade. That's absolutely fantastic. :) :) :) You know when you initially lost all your weight? How did you do it? I can't remember. And do you have any tips? PS: Do you find that your relationships with people have changed since being thinner?
 
Thank you very much caffeinehigh! I just wanted it alot and had the support of my parents who were brilliant and came with me for my first few walks until i got into the swing of it which only took like 2 weeks then it feels like it would be a challenege to break out of that pattern, then when you start to notice a pair of old trousers fit you again it just goes on i didnt think nothing much of it just undoing a mistake i had placed their myself so i never feel like it was good of me to do it just correcting a problem as such, what about you how do you keep going because in your journal you eat super small meals and im sure its will power that makes you not just grab an extra something to eat?

My relationship didnt really change because of loosing weight but i am happy with present circumstances :)

Havent logged in a while, still very consistant, i am bulking for 2 months though over summer and then 1 month cut just to iron out some wrinkles, it sounds stupid but i have reason for it, anyways yea thats why i didnt really log onto the weight loss forum seeing as my goal is to gain, but still i like the attitude everyone on here has so the odd day i will log on with my workouts or food intake maybe both :D
