You, are just what I needed! On the 11th (I think) I weighed 87.5 Kilo's! Not good! Well, the coffee is for two reasons really. Its quite bad that my main reason is the calories in milk- I have at least 100mls of full fat milk in it now and I hate it with anything less, and drinking it all day adds up to at least 500 extra empty calories a day. The second reason, which is why I should be doing it, is because I had a urine infection recently, I was actually weeing blood! SCARY!!!! And that was almost certainly from drinking nothing but coffee. My exzema has been quite bad as well (and that also got infected when I had my urine infection.. Felt like one big infected thing.), and it is taking ages to clear up properly, and dairy can aggrevate it.So I should cut out the milk really. Just didn't want to moan about minor health problems and send everyone to sleep
