Jasper There is no reason at all for my toes to be swollen! Its just the three middle toes on my right foot, and my right knee is hurting a bit too. Boohisssss. Lol

, I remember the wall jumping incident

. There's nowhere nearby for running at all. The local park has got a great kids play area, but you can walk through the green space in 5 minutes. All the side roads are criss-crossed over each other so I'd have to stop for cars and it would interrupt my flow, or there's the main road which I don't feel confident enough to jog on yet.

Well, I am glad I set myself that calorie allowance, because I have needed every one them little buggers today! And I don't have to feel guilt because I'm over that 1300 number. I did walk past a frozen yoghurt shop earlier on. Then I thought "Oooh, yoghurt's almost fat free!", so I walked back and went in, and picked up a tub, and was deciding what flavour I should have, then I looke at the toppings which were mainly sweets, and I saw little white chocolate ice-cream cone shaped sweets that I really wanted and hadn't had in ages. But then I thought that definitely wouldn't be healthy. So I put the tub down, and walked out the shop. YEAH!!!! Then I went and bought some low cal sushi instead.
I haven't really had bad cravings all day, but I have now. I think its because I've spent the day doing uni work, because usually I get myself a huge bar of chocolate so I can come back, relax and watch telly and "Treat myself" (aka "Destroy myself"). I have a deadline in 9 days time, and I am going to try and exceed expectations mahoosively. The best work is showed off at a fair, and loads of important interior design people go there, and they offer internships to the people who's work they like the best. I know I'm only in my first year so that's unlikely to happen... But still. Anyhow, I'm Going to be going to uni from 10-8 for the next few days, so I think I really need to sit down tonight and plan exactly what I'm going to eat, otherwise I could end up walking that slippery journey to McDonnalds.
Have decided that once I get to my goal weight and go to the posh restaurant for my lobster and champagne meal (Yes, I know I keep going on about it but I'm EXCITED!!!), I'm going to hire out a designer frock. I've found this one which I LOVE, and the great think is that its got built in structure and a bra, so I might be able to go braless!!!!
