Just think how nervous you were when you ran your first 5 minutes or 8 minutes too. =) It's awesome that you are continuing on and going for a 10K. I think I'll do what you are doing. Although I'm not sure I could go straight from running 3.1 miles to running 5 miles YIKES!!!!!Good luck on that, and I say continue updating in the C25K section too if you want!

Hey girl... WOW that is so great!! Your doing a wonderful job
Keep it girl! You looked so cute in your shirt
WOW running 5 miles on Sunday, I know you will do great!
Wow Tyly! Ur unstopable! I want to be able to do 5 milers eventually too, just at the speeds I'm running now. I'm so happy that this C25K has been such a positive experience for you, and that your continuing your training
Good Luck on Sunday's run, I know you can do it. As we both know, running is very physical but at the same time there is a such a huge mental part of it too. If you commit to it, you can do it my friend
have a great day, and a happy TLD too for that matter, hehe

I'm lucky because my work schedule allows me to workout in the morning because I don't have to be there until noon, and I also only work 4 days per week usually, so it all works in my favor right now, and I'm very lucky.
But after I'm done, the feeling is great--mentally that I accomplished something, and physically I can feel that my body got a workout.
Good luck with the next phase of your running. Are you going to do a 4 mile run before tackling the 5 mile?
I despise running, personally.
Hey, I said this in my journal, but that description of how you felt when you finished the race was awesome. You have so much to be proud of and knocking that many minutes off your goal time is incredible.
Your rock!
I reckon that afternoon jogging is pretty much not gonna happen unless you follow a water truck and have an ambulance behind you.
She could easily be my forum crush if I was forum crush kinda guy. Hot describes her quite nicely.
I have very important shows to watch tonight!![]()
Yup I'm the "run to prove I can" not the "like, oh my god, I so love it" type. I hope that I will one day suddenly wake up and love it. Can that happen?
