Thanks LaMa, Mandy, and Mystic! First day in the field today. Every thing else is still going well.
So I ran a 5K in 30:36 last night. Not a PR, but 2nd best time (+29 secs) which is a big improvement over the last couple days.
I still need to suck it up and get back to 2,000 calories. I have no doubt that I have regained weight. Stagnation is bad enough, but I've been screwing up too long too consitently to not have regained a chunk. I have been eating three healthy meals with good portions each day lately, but night time snacking has been crap on top of that. No snacking tonight. My clothes still fit so I haven't gained a ton, but I should be getting into smaller stuff.
Today is the day!
