thinking about my menu the other day... i did a rough estimate and at first i came up with about 1800 calories. then i tried to round up a little more thinking i might be underestimating, but i still could not get over 2000 calories for the day. and i have to restate, that was a huge amount of food. for example i had close to the same menu today, but i didn't have any fruit or the chicken drumsticks, but i did spike the chicken tortilla soup with a few extra pieces of chicken and i only had one egg with the same 3 pieces of bacon. probably 25 - 30% less food than i ate yesterday.
started my fasting time about 2 hours ago and feel a lot better than yesterday. funny how on active days i seem to be a lot less hungry or perhaps i just do not think about it as much.
