Saturday - going to a wedding today, girlfriends cousin is getting married....haha woo hoo free bar! boo hoo lots and lots of country music!! :(

Supper - 8:30 ( little bit hungry by now)

1 scoop mixed veggies

and of course a few drinks :) but who was counting!
 
Monday - Weigh in day - still in the under 200lbs club, but not really losing alot of weight anymore. I just might have to become less social and slow down on the going out so much.

yup - you're right. Having fun is great, but those rum & cokes sure provide a lot of empty calories:D

Tuesday - Ok another party! 1 down 2 to go this week! Bought new clothes again today and happy to be the same size even with the increase in eating out and not being as strict with my diet. The rum and coke diet works!!! :)

Saturday - Went shopping in the really big mall! extra exercise lugging around bags of presents. Had to try out the new pizza hut in my town, its now a pizza hut bistro, they serve more pasta dishes I guess and a few more different pizzas. At least it looks nicer inside!
