you have a lot of stuff going on - sounds really interesting. Compared to that my life is boring - but I am not complaining - I like it that way:D
Being on the go all the time probably helps keeping your weight in check - happy for you that you still have the same clothes size:):)
 
Haha thanks i've always liked to go out, actually this is slow compared to other years!!but its been kinda rough getting up to get on the elliptical every morning after a party but I gotta work off those drinks!! I think this week will be alot calmer!

Monday - We're losing our temps at work this week, so they brought in pizza to cheer people up I guess. Damm pizza is my 1 weakness. Also switched to the normal Myoplex shakes and i'm using water instead of milk.

Haha I know, but I made up for it on this day!!! Today is my last day until next year woo hoo!! So i took our temp people that are leaving on friday out for a night of partying.

Slept pretty much all day, too cold to go outside! so i took the day off.
 
Monday - Planning on starting the body for life program, sent away for the competition forms today. I'll start the program as soon as I get all my info. The next few weeks I'll try and do more weight work to get myself ready.

Hey we're all allowed a day off to relax. Whats good is that you didn't relax with fried foods and chocolate. This time of year a day off is hard to find, mentally it would have done you some good.

Ok its time to get back to working out and dieting. One little added bonus for 2005 is that I dont have my long 1 hour and 10 minute commute for at least the next 4 - 5 months, I'm working in our office thats like less than 10 minutes away! Woo friggin Hoo! More time to work out and less time wasted driving, I probably put on a few extra pounds over the holidays I did notice my one shirt fit too tight on new years eve, Damm huh?? Better get back on track.
