Hiya Lisa! No worries on packing my clothes away, I just got some new stuff and I'm still the same size!!
Well its time to get back to losing weight. Currently up to 202 now, all my clothes still fit and I have the same body fat percentage so it must be alot of water weight from drinking alot of pop. Haha still eating out way too much, well I guess thats when your dating again.
Breakfast
1 cup of special K cereal
1 cup of 2% milk
Snack
green apple
Lunch
Chicken Ceaser Salad
1 Chicken Breast
710ml of water
Elliptical Trainer 1 hour
Supper
Chicken Ceaser Salad ( Haha again!)
2 cokes ( they are the devil)
Snack
2 more cokes
