Hiya Lisa! No worries on packing my clothes away, I just got some new stuff and I'm still the same size!!

Well its time to get back to losing weight. Currently up to 202 now, all my clothes still fit and I have the same body fat percentage so it must be alot of water weight from drinking alot of pop. Haha still eating out way too much, well I guess thats when your dating again.

Breakfast

skipped - went to the casino, haha unless you count 2 drinks!

I am kind of curious...if I ever decide to try it again...what a cup of coffee or a coke will do to me....I haven't had caffeine in sooooo long

Haha maybe thats why my days having been going by so quick and I dont sleep much!! I think it might just be the sugar since I had caffine in my eca stack. I'm dropping the pop after saturday I havent had it in so long I kinda had to I guess. Will be getting back to being more healthy this wek after a little detour the past couple of weeks.

HI fitski,

don't get me wrong, you are still doing great, and I don't want to be a pain, but I think your diet suffers a little:)

I wouldn't consider 500ml of water a snack. Water has no nutritional value. Try and add a piece of fruit or veggie or some sort of snack bar. It is also healthier to sip the water throughout the day instead of drinking huge amounts at a time.
 
Hiya Lisa, thanks for the good advice, yeah I've been totally eating bad the last couple of weeks. I'll put alot more effort into cleaning it up. I am a big gulper of water, i cant stand drinking warm water so i have to drink it quickly, its about 4 swallows for a 500ml water bottle but when i come off the elliptical i can drink about a litre very quickly.

Fitski...I always feel to be successful, one can look to those that are successful. Looking back on this process what are the things that kept you motivated and on track. You are very inspirational....awesome job.

Thanks for the kind words! Well the thing that keeps me motivated and on track are my friends. They have been supporting me from day one and every day would send me emails or tell me in person how proud they were of me and to keep doing what i was doing. They are all very awesome people and they too went through big weight losses themselves so I really used them as an example, I also felt that since they had given me so much support there was no way I could let them down!! So evertime I want to quit my workouts early or not do them I just remember all the stuff they told me and it really cheers me up and gets me back on my elliptical trainer. I guess if you have alot people cheering you on you can do pretty much anything you want!
