Morning: a wholegrain bun with vegan cream cheese, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 banana and a vegan café au lait 322.
Snack: vegan protein shake 150.
Lunch: a slice of buckwheat bread with tuna salad, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 small cucumber and 1 apple 350.
Snack: chocolate 500.
Dinner: chicken and tomato salad 250.
Total: 1572
Fluids: 2 l water, 0,75 l club soda
well not bad considering the chocolate, however I will have 100-200 cals of candy later..
