Lunch: a wholegrain bun with bologni 175, salad 50, banana 100.
Snack: sorbet 140.
Dinner: 2 slices of toasted buckwheat bread, one egg + mayo, bologni, salad and mushrooms. 550.

Fluids: 1,5 litres water
