First of May – My New Way

Well it's quite funny to notice that my pants just gets bigger and bigger even though weight bounce around a few pounds. Had to throw another pants in the bin today and other pants fit better and better, even become loose some places.

Morning: water melon 200, small vegan café au lait 22
Snack: chicken soup 400
Lunch: water melon 100, wholegrain crackers with vegan paté 100, califlower soup 100.
Snack: almonds 250. At this point 1172 calories..
Dinner: salad with olive oil, spareribs and limonade (with sugar)
Total: ?
Fluids: 1,8 water, 2 glasses of limonade, a pint of pepsi max
Exercise:
6 km biking
2 km walking
20 min yoga
will try to do my pilates program tonight but both me and the kids are beat by this bbq party at the school. Melting hot and walking around in the sun for hours.
 
D¤mn bbq, there must have been gluten in the bbq sauce I woke up early and have the runs like crazy. If it dosen't stop soon I'll have to cancel swimming.
The good part about is that weight right now is well under 140 ..meeh
 
Morning: wholegrain crackers with vegan paté and cucumber 300.
Snack:
Lunch: 2 wholegrain buns with egg, paté and green house veggies 350.
Snack: cherries 50, strawberries 50, half a wholegrain bun with ham 100.
Dinner: rice nudles 150, ham and basil 150.
Total: 1150.
Fluids: so far 1,4 liters of water
Should drink a lot more, have been on the loo more than 15 times, and will try to eat more later as well.
Am quite tired now and my joints are aching from dehydration and because joint pain is a common symptom to digesting gluten when allergic.
Tomorrow is my birthday and I am expecting guests. Just have to take it slow and lower the level of perfectness.
 
Morning: millet porrigde with apple, banana and orange 365.
Snack:
Lunch: 2 slices toasted buckwheat bread with peanutbutter, apricot jam and paté, a handful of veggies 380.
Snack: all kinds of fruits (salad) and some crisps and a large vegan café au lait around 600.
Dinner: kebab and salad 240
Total: 1585
Fluids: 1 liter water, 1,4 liter club soda
Stomach problem have improved the last couple of hours, still have cramping and stuff going on though.
 
Sorry to hear about your tummy troubles, but I'm happy to hear that your pants are getting bigger and bigger! That's always motivating. :)
 
Oh yes Mandy, clothes speak more to me than the scale. Just lovely to discover you suddenly can zip and pull over hips :-D
Today have been pretty good with stomach will soon dare to do outdoor exercise again.

Lunch: a wholegrain bun with bologni 175, salad 50, banana 100.
Snack: sorbet 140.
Dinner: 2 slices of toasted buckwheat bread, one egg + mayo, bologni, salad and mushrooms. 550.
Total: 1475
Fluids: 1,5 litres water
 
Goodmorning it's 6am and the scale just said 137,7 could still be low on water due to all the diarreah, but I'll take it for now 'cause it's close to a minigoal at 135,6 kg (299 lbs)
 
Thanks for asking Sunflower, yes I had a nice birthday, had the family over for fruit buffet and coffee and later we had salad and kebab with chicken and beef.
Yesterday we went to the steakhouse round the corner which has everything on the menu and we sat in the shade in the afternoon (kids where so tired, they had been participating in the local childrens' olympics) and we had three kinds of sorbet.
Now I am boiling some pinto beans and will cook a huge pot of chili sin carne and freeze it for easy vegan meals when I feed the children things I cannot eat.
Guideon, so close getting out of the 3- hundreds, hugely motivating and I will do my pilates DVD meanwhile the beans boil.
 
Had to quit pilates 15 min in the program, kept getting cramps and I can only do one third of it - max. In doubt whether to keep carry on or put it on the shelf until I have lost more weight?
I put on the 20 min yoga instead, yoga is so wonderful!

Lunch: pineapple shake 200, pinto beans 100, egg 75.
Snack: 6 corn cakes and grapes 145.
Dinner: 2 meatballs with parsley potatos, cauliflower stew and pickled beetroots 450.
Total: 1240
Fluids: 1 liter water
have struggled to eat my food today, think my stomach is adapting to the smaller portions, perhaps I should add more healthy fats to my food instead of these piles of veggies/soup.
However I could easily eat 6 oz of chocolate :cool:
 
136,6 kg, well know it's not fat I haven't done much exercise since I woke up Sat. morning with diarrea (just my daily 10 km on the bike and yoga), but strange it is. Will drink huge amounts of water today...

Snack: 2 meatballs and cauliflower stew 250.

137,2 kg this morning.
Yesterday I cleaned about 70 % of the house really thoroughly, guess I should do the rest today. Might as well, it has been raining and storming for 40 hours now and temperature has dropped from 22 to 13 C it looks like authumn...
 
The weather forecast says 16 C and no rain late afternoon. Am still biking my 10 km every day, just wearing proper clothing. However walking 5 km in all my rain gear, especially in the boots, just dosen't seem attractive.
Now cleaning, later walking, keep oneself busy.
 
Never posted my diet yesterday, did some cardio and watched a movie.

Fluids: 2,25 l water.
A lot of guacamole, didn't want my avocados to spoil LOL
Weight this morning is 136,9. It's FRIDAY PPL have a nice weekend!
