Have you checked about your calorie intake?there is/are sites on the web that you fill in your height age activity lvl etc and it tells you how many calories you should be having for loosing gaining and maintaining!

I am 5 foot 8, 33y and calculaters say my resting metabolism is 2100 and with normal life it is well above 3200. I aim to eat 1500.

First of June and NEW LOW weight this morning says 141,8 kg.
It's tempting making a minigoal to get below 140 before Wednesday's weekly weigh in.. But am having the kids until then and do not know yet if any oppotuneties to go swimming shows up.
Really efficient to count the calories and do some walks! :D

10 km biking
Now it's time for lunch and then take the kids recycling bottles and to the playground, just spottet a new roller coaster when passing by.
 
5 km walking and so far 6 km biking, will do 4-6 km more later on.

Yesterday I noticed muscles on my arms never had arm muscles before - and arms have gotten smaller in measurement :D:sifone:

Did not do any exercise yesterday it was rainy with thunder most of the day so we stayed in. Today the swimbath is closes and tomorrow we are spending all day in an amusementpark and a zoo (which means lots of walking, but at child's pace and no real exercise). That will not get weight below 140, sneak peak this morning said 141,3. Swimbath is closed Wednesday too, annoying!!

Will be packing lots of healthy foods like tuna salad, vegetables, fruits and later today I will bake flat bread for me and mini pizza for the children, both whole grain.
 
I do what I can, some days I am very limited due to children or swimbath's open hours.
Spent all day in an amusement park and I got some 'exercise', walking , muddy slopes, walking on poles, jumping a little and stairs to 4th floor.
This evening I will try a pilates DVD, watched it already and there is no jumping so think it will work out fine when the kids go to sleep.
So far got 1300 cals including candy and french fries. Boy those fries feel like a stone and that I never will get hungry again.
 
Off. weigh day, Wednesday.
So last Wed. the weight said 143,2 after 4-5 days of not counting cals and 1 day overeating ...
140,8 today that's 2,4 kg down!
 
Thank you. I don't feel I have done that much. Sticking to my calories and walking one hour every morning. Tomorrow the swimbath opens I CANNOT WAIT really have become addicted to my 2 km of swimming!
It's just a matter of a day or two to get weight below 140!

Just walked 6 km, those walks have become so easy, though one foot quickly gets a kind of blister/rub burn so can't just increase distance.
It's Constitution Day and I have been invited to a barbecue, it's 5 km biking and 1 km up a very steep hill. That's free exercise as a friend of mine calls it LOL. Salmon and different kinds of veggies I have been told, and I have made a low cal artificial sweetener tofu chocolate mousse, yummy!

I biked up the entire hill, didn't even stop for water and I had salmon with lemon and a nice green house salad with orange and just club soda. Today weight is 140,3 that's down a pound since yesterday.
 
139,8 BELOW 140!

Today I will walk my 5 km route after delivering the children, it's Friday, the children will have their candy this evening and I will let them have french fries. I must not eat some.. oh, and I have ordered a nanny I am going swimming again Saturday morning.

Have had so much cooking, cleaning and playing with the children today, really feel great, swimming has made my back and core strong and I just don't get tired at the end of the day as I did before!!
 
Congrats on being under 140! That is a fantastic achievement.

I don't know how you do it, 3 young kids, plus work plus all that other stuff. I am amazed, if I could accomplish half of what you do in a regular day I would feel like the most accomplished woman ever!

am quite sore in my lower back and some muscles in my pelvis, made a very eager breast stroke swimming today and did not throw a couple of freestyle laps in as recovery/breaks as I normally do.

not sure on calories, had dinner out (ceasar salad, fries instead of bread + dairy free fat free ice cream)
