over 100 oz of water

no exercise yet - about to jump on the Elliptical...

Excellent job Cinderelly! Let's see how long you and I can go before screwing up, though if we can have a bunch of low to moderate calorie days we'll be entitled. I used to calorie zig zag so if I have a few good days then I'm allowed to have a high calorie day as I start feeling very hungry and depleted. Hope it will work again after finishing my little unplanned maintenance break. Will check by manana.

Im not doing so great Tammy dont give me credit where it isnt deserved...

I will add on to the rest of my eating for the day - 2 servings of french bread - 220 cals with cream cheese on it at 65 cals ... dinner was meatloaf - healthy - it had garlic and carrots and zuchinni in it and I had one chocolate chip cookie for desert and prob a tablespoon or two of raw cookie dough when we were makign the cookies - my youngest and I baked cookies while dinner was beign made...a cup of mixed veggies and one nugget potatoe...and i had 136 oz of water today :):):)

3.5 miles Elliptical - only exercise...tomorrow I am getiin my ass up and walking that dog in the morning :):):)

That sounds pretty good mami.

What kind of calorie total do you aim for in a day?

Let's just keep this going OK???? We'll eat really really clean today. I'm back to my ticker weight and I'm so hoping to see a new low soon. I'm so sick of being on this weight and I know you are too. Think of me today :). Onederland is so close Relly (that's actually my cousin's name) and I cannot wait to hear you arriving there.

Thanx chicky :):):)

Ive been supoer tired lately but i htink it is a combination of not eating so great and of totally slacking on my exercise time to get back into the swing of things wiht my walks - I totally need and havnt been doing and then my good ole elliptical and treadmill and Curves - seeesh - one would think I would loose weight when doing all that...LOL

Rught back attcha chicky - someone needs to keep the rumours straight in your diary - heh heh heh...

2.5 mile walk that is what Ive been missing - I didnt walk sat morn sun morn or Mon morn and I think that is the ticket - it felt great to walk this morning so evey morning Chewy and Iw ill go to the nature park and walk - it is so refreshing and awesome!!! oh and my 2.5 miles were in like 65 mins

Hey Friend! SOrry I've been MIA. Great job on the walk. I walked and jogged the same distance this morning. It does feel amazing!! You go girl!! Good for chewy too.

Hey you - you've been missed chicky!!! Treadmill 1.25 miles in 27 mins 15 secs - rotating walking/jogging in 1 - 2 min introvals at an average of 3.1 - 3.5 mph

You and chewy are so lucky you have a nature trail nearby.

Frankly I don't know how you do any of it Cinderelly. I really do admire you for holding it all together with the stress you're under with finances and being a single mom, never mind trying to lose the weight. Gosh, if I dare complain about my life I will think of you. And when I think I can't squeeze in a work-out cuz "I'm so busy" with one kid and practically a part-time job, I will think of you. I am not exaggerating how amazing I think you are.

Thank - you - I dont live alone so that helps me out both finacially and emotionally but not really physically - usually my youngest is always with me...thank fully my oldest is old enough to get home on her own and stay home alone for periods of time...

Even thought I live with family and rent out the suite downstairs - I still do pretty much everythign 100% with the kids...my biggest saving grace is if I am broke which is usual - I can only pay what I can afford or nothign till next time - however I do alot of coooking and all the yard work and take granny here and there and do her errands...it is a toss off...

It took me a long tiem to be ok in my situation and being a single mom agian and trying to loose weigh tis prob the hardest things I have ever done and I have lost abt 40 alomost 40

But honestly I am just doign hwat i need to do :):):) I love my kids and my job is to provide for them fully which is what I do the best I can...

Also do you knwo that ive been a mom since i was 16 and I was a single mom for most of Kaylea's life as well for 6 or 7 or 8 yrs I remained single and raised her then I met my x and whatever here I am again where I didnt want to be I fought many demonds to be ok abt it all...

3 llooong years but im finally at peace and ok and happy

You will be young when your kids are grown up. You're doing the hardest part now and you will not regret any of it in time. They are YOURS and you get the credit for two beautiful lives. There are advantages to getting it over with while you are young, though the work is endless. Stay strong Cerella.

I didn't know you had been a mom since 16. Well, you are amazing.

And you've lost 40 pounds! That's a lot of weight.

Looking forward to seeing you and your girls again.

30 mins Curves another 36oz plus of water...i ate cucmber, carrots a banana and 2 aproitocs - plus one stick of cheese bread 200 cals and a few nuts 1/2 a european weiner for protein - ha ha ha...1 serving of pringles - 130 or 150 I cant reember - lol

Hi Cerella.

It's great that you can get some outside walking done these days too - especially with the nature trail. I find that helps me in a heap of different ways - physical and mental. :)

It's great to see that you're getting so much fresh food and lots of exercise too!

to finish my day off - I had dinner - meatloaf from yesturday - 1 cup of corn nibblettes and potatoes (nuggests) cals anywhere form 87 - 194 and i had 3 chocolate chip cookies - Ive exercised enough :):):) Im abt to go to my weight loss group and we walk for 30 mins usually a mile - a mile and a half...and then that shall be it for me and exercise tongiht - my oldest is going out for awhiel and taking Chewy with her for me :):):)

The nature trail does sound fun. I'd like to find one with some hills so I can get some variation! Heck, just different scenery would be great. Tree's rather than roads...

Get back to the morning walking!! Chewey will thank you for it :).

And the mention of cookies is not allowed . I want them every time someone mentions them!!! Okay, cookie away. I'll just sit here and drool a bit ;).

Geez, if I'd had my kids when I was 16, they'd be in their 20s.... What a strange thought.

Hey, your dog is named Chewy? That reminds me of the "word of the day" recently from urbandictionary.com (well, the name, not the dog). Are you ready for it?

chew toy: the person you have or will have carnal relations with, but never a serious relationship. "Do you like my chew toy for the night? I met him on the dance floor."

I think I'll mosey over to Mal's diary and give her one of these definitions while I'm at it.

I know you are struggling some days. Keep your chin up.
