I havent eaten much today...i had my two pieces of toast with peanut butter...220...oh a serving of chips - 260 cals...brocolli - a bunch of it for lunch with dip - dip was 60 cals...cracker rosemary and olive oil triscuits - 90 cals one serving...1 piece of cheese - 80 cals or 90 cant remeber...baby carrots and I think that is it so far - bad bad bad me...a bunch of water...
 
I too have days where its hard for me to reach my caloric goal. Other days, I find that I reach it to quickly :eek:

At least you are going under and not over ;). Tomorrow is another day.

3.5 miles elliptical...dinner was rice and skinless chicken and green beans adn carrots - I also had a 60 cal chocolate pudding...
 
You're measuring and accounting for your food, eating carefully, good for you.
When all else fails in the day I find that eating carefully this way saves the day. "At least I ate carefully today". That is something we can be proud of.

Are you working at McDs?
 
2.25 mile walk and 30 mins Curves...eating has been weird today will plug it in later - off to a friends for dinner

My eating went to hell today :D:D:D but I enjoyed myself and the food!!! Lots of fancey cheeses damn!!!
 
I think that was a great food day. I found for myself I was loosing weight when I was able to accomplish a few very low calorie days (for me, which was around 1400). I haven't been able to have those low days and I have a feeling that's causing this plateau. Well, you're doing a great job missie.
 
Can you believe I didnt exercise at all today - didnt even take the dog for a walk ... WOW - dont fall over when you read this!!!
 
Oh wow. How did this happen? Just get some extra in today :) I slept late and I have to walk this evening instead of in the morning now.
 
Who took the doggie out for a poopie? I have to take my dog out twice a day now. She's 13 years old now and H is now refusing to take her out at night like he used to. I'm like, "she's your step-daughter" and he's like "she's your dog and I didn't sign up for this" (we live in the city and you have to clean up after which he doesn't like; I hold my breath and run to the corner garbage can--having burned a few more cals along the way!). Plus I live up 4 flights so it is a HIKE to get back into the apartment.
 
Hey! Finally stopping by to see how you're doing. I actually took a day off of work to get some stuff done. One of which was stopping by some diaries!! Hope things are going better!!
 
My food today has been mostly good :

celery and p/b
aprioct - new likng developement since changing my eating habits
nectorine
cucumbers
strawberries
cheese bread stick - 200 cals
6 chicken wings 210 cals
salad - 100ish or so - homemade ceasar slad
yoguart - shape - 60 cals

over 100 oz of water

no exercise yet - about to jump on the Elliptical...
 
Cind - Look at you and all of the ruffage you had today. ;) hmmm, yum, strawberries. What a great day food wise.

Burn up that elliptical! Have a great night!
