So Im proud of myself - I went on my 2 mile walk but I grabbed 2 cookies to eat with my breaky and I decided I didnt need them or want them and I put them back :D:D:D
 
That is awesome. Its those little things that'll make the difference. Good job talking yourself out of wasted cals (and experience tells you that you may not have stopped at just 2 either).
 
That's great that you put the cookies back. Its so neat when that happens.

Help! I don't want to exercise because it feels like a mountain before me. I know, one day at a time, and I've still got today to work with.

I think I will try to walk for 45 minutes. Would love to hear from you.
 
Hey you - you've been missed chicky!!! Treadmill 1.25 miles in 27 mins 15 secs - rotating walking/jogging in 1 - 2 min introvals at an average of 3.1 - 3.5 mph

Good for you!!! That's not bad with the timing there. IT's great you are keeping track, that way in a week or two, you can see how much faster you've gone. Do it!!! Whoo hooo!!

Pretty soon, we'll be making it look easy. haha

Hey I have stars - yipppeee:D:D:DI do honestly think I deserve them - ha ha ha - my food isnt always the greatest but boy I work hard...

Im feeling very tired and run down this morning...I didnt walk the dog - dont feel like it...didnt go to Curves dont wanna - lol...I will go after work - im just blahy...Im getting so tired of working so hard at loosing my weight and not seeing results...

I think you should print this out & post it as a reminder that you are greater than any craving & have complete control over it all!

It can be frustrating to not see results after working hard. You'll get past this hill.

girl :D you're doing great. i kind of slipped a little. didn't really watch my diet, ven though i didn't overeat eather. but i don't feel good about myself. so i'm having some one on one conversation with myself. you just keep doing what you been doing...seeing you people go on makes me want to go on :D

Hey sweetie, I feel your pain on the weightloss. What's a typical day look like for you in terms of food? Is there anything you could cut out or substitute to limit a few more calories? I'm having the same problem of course, but I eat too much and don't exercise enough. Just keep in mind that one Snickers bar or extra meal can counteract all the calorie loss of a very hard workout (dont hate the messenger :)). Personally, I do this all the time and that's probably why I'm not losing. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
 
^^what she said^^ I know I'm that way with my granola bars...they have chocolate on them, but because they are lower in calories than a chocolate bar, I keep talking myself into having more of them.:rolleyes:

1.5 hours yard work...no water yet and mcdonalds as my only meal so far and we wont even discus what htat was....

Ha Ha Ha - it wont be finishing healthy...LOL...Im going for a barby and desert Ive been bad lately and im prob not realizing hte deamage I am doing - nothing major bad - but Ive been having chips on a daily basis and shit liek that...Im gonna pm steve and talk to him and see what suggestions he has for me...

3.5 miles elliptical - 33 mins - will try for more later if i have the time
