Thanks for stopping by guys!!
I never could stand to eat the same thing prepared the same way all the time. I've found that I need to eat eggs in the morning for the protein to keep me full for a few hours, cuz I wake up ravenous. If I eat something cereal based, I've found that I'm hungrier a lot sooner in the morning. But I like to mix it up a bit. For the rest I figure if I'm going to eat something healthy I might as well try all the stuff out there that's good for you. So, I'll eat the same stuff for about a week and then change it up.
Well, I had borrowed some walking dvd workout from a friend. (I've had it for like two weeks) and I finally did it. The first video is a one mile walk and a two mile walk and the second video is a three mile walk.
So I figured I'd start with the one mile walk, because I can't remember the last time I went walking. That actually wasn't that bad, but didn't feel much in the way of a workout, even though they use this stretchy band thing for toning your arms (my hands smell nasty now, even after washing them)
So I figured, eh, one mile no big deal, I'll go ahead and do the two mile too. That was more of a workout. I was starting a good sweat at that point. But I figured, eh, still not completely fatigued like I am after bike riding. So, I decide, what the heck! How hard could the three mile video be? Yeah, I'm pretty exhausted. I did six miles of "walking" and arm toning.
After all that exercise, I was pretty hungry again, so I made myself a bowl of cantalope.
2.5 cups cantalope
Total: 137 cals
Adjusted total for the day: 1613 calories
(kinda wished I had OHD's brownies though, if I had, I woulda had my low fat ice cream instead)
